Paddleboarding, also referred to as SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding), is growing fast throughout the nation as the #1 favorite water recreation for all ages. We also have kayaks for those that just want to «boat» around Lake Georgetown or even catch some fish. Come see for yourself what all the hype surrounding SUP is all about!
History
Established in 2015.
Georgetown Paddle Company was derived from many family discussions at the dinner table, on a road trip, by telephone conversations, spur of the moment thoughts and so on. Over the course of two years, what began as a distant thought became a mediocre possibility and has now become an exciting reality. The Embry Sisters, Morghan, Kelsie and MacKayla, have spent most their lives in Georgetown and feel strongly that their venture will offer people of all ages an affordable and entertaining activity in Georgetown. For visitors or residents, it is sure to be an excellent addition to the entertainment our valued Georgetown has to offer.

Business Owner
The Embry Sisters, Morghan, Kelsie and MacKayla, have spent most their lives in Georgetown and feel strongly that their venture will offer everyone an affordable and entertaining activity in Georgetown.
Morghan has always loved the water, whether it is unwinding by the pool, floating the river, or taking on Schlitterbahn Waterpark, all of which appeal to her element, so when she went paddleboarding for the first time, she was instantly captivated!
Kelsie grew up an athlete and still enjoys most any form of fitness. The first time Kelsie put her feet on a paddleboard in Austin on Town Lake, she loved how invigorating and social it was, all while getting in a gratifying work out, which was just an added bonus!
Since 4-years-old, MacKayla has been a sports enthusiast and has always had a love and passion for athletics/fitness. She loved paddleboarding from the first time she climbed on a board in Colorado.
