I used to visit J&J a couple times per week when I lived in Georgetown. I have not been in a couple of years. Apparently it is under new ownership and has gone downhill. I ordered a ham egg and cheese on a toasted salt bagel. The bagel had no salt on it. Not s speck. And the sandwich was over priced at $ 6.75. Customer service also was not good. Would not recommend

We moved to Delaware from northern New Jersey so we’re real picky about things like bagels and pizza. It’s real hard to find decent, REAL bagels — not whatever that is they serve up at DuDo’s. THIS is the place. Reminds me of my favorite Delis & bagel shops back in NJ. Even that distinctive«deli smell». Great, friendly service too. Worth an out — of — the — way trip or a stop on your way down the shore.

We stopped in J & J Bagels on the way home from the beach(took 113 to avoid traffic). It’s a small little place with a few tables but it was perfect for what we needed which was a delicious, affordable, and quick breakfast. I had and Egg & Cheese Bagel sandwich which was pretty decent. I recommend stopping in here if you are looking for something simple, fast, and yummy. I’ll be back!

What a find in Georgetown, Delaware! Jeannie(one of the J’s) is the friendliest bundle of energy you will ever meet. The bagels are the best I’ve had in years(in fact I stopped eating bagels because I can’t find good bagels where I live). If you love a bagel baked crisp on the outside with a chewy center and lots of flavor, you will love Jeannie’s bagels. The sandwiches and salads are fantastic as well. We were in Georgetown for a couple of weeks, and pretty much ate every lunch at J&J’s. Service is fast, and the small dining area is welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Jeannie had never seen us before, be we became«regulars» in one visit.

Stopped by to get some breakfast. I got a toasted everything bagel which was pretty good, but not amazing. It was filled with sun dried tomato cream cheese which was just OK as well. The owners are super nice though and they have a lot of variety so check them out!

From NJ where bagels are supreme. This place is the closest compared to any other bagels shop ive tried outside of NJ/NY. Chicken Caesar wrap is also phenomenal. Staff is really cool and the owner even went out of his way to give me boxes during a move! Get there early though the bagels go fast!!! Can’t say enough about this place, just try it!

Don’t be fooled by the name, they have so much more than bagels. Had a great grilled chicken sandwich. Great service! Coming back for Colombian arepas!

My buddies and I stopped in for a bagel sandwich before heading to Rehoboth Beach for the day. I ordered chicken salad on an Everything bagel; it was pretty good – could’ve used a little relish or diced apple. Was it the greatest bagel ever? Uhhh… well…it was pretty good, I can say that.

Great bagels are just the start of it. Run by an ex-Brooklyn boy and his wife. They make good deli sandwiches, but the daily special entrees are terrific and reasonably priced! Good coffee too.
