Honestly, I would give 0 stars if given the opportunity. I visited Ken Towery to get a simple oil change. I requested Mobil One Synthetic, and they informed me that they would charge me $ 111, I consented knowing it was expensive oil. They then informed me that it needed 7 quarts. My father is a mechanic and checked the oil once I was home. He stated that the oil was tar and old. He did further examination and noticed that the oil filters date predated my oil appointment with Ken Towery. Basically they charged me an extreme amount of money for absolutely no service. I do not recommend this company especially the one in Georgetown to anyone, especially women. They will overcharge you for no service.
