Mr. Bain practiced with a partner for nine years and then began his solo practice in 1989. He handles Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies exclusively.

Mr. Bain graduated from Baylor University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1980 and from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1977. He served on the Georgetown City Council from 1995 – 2001, being Mayor Pro Tem for the 2000 – 2001 year. He has also served as the President of the Williamson County Bar Association, the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and the Georgetown Kiwanis Club.
