I contacted this company Monday after my sister in law recommended them. I was contacted back fairly promptly, received an estimate, and had a few questions answered about the process from a guy named Gabe. I was told all day Thursday was open for appointments. I responded quickly requesting to schedule around noon for Thursday. That was over 24hrs ago. I even sent a follow up email today trying to confirm, again. No response. I went ahead and scheduled to have my car windows tinted with another company. Customer service is the first impression when choosing a company. This example was a fail.

I used this business to get my wife’s windows tinted back in 2013. They came out to my house and took care of everything in the driveway. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
The work has held up well and they were honest, quick, efficient and friendly.

Just had my Wifes new car tinted. By far THE BEST window tint company I have found. My last several vehicles were tinted by Made in the Shade, exceptional work every time. If you want someone that knows what they are doing and will stand behind their work… they are who you need to see. Tell them what you want and they’ll do it… and give you options and explain them. Never pushy or lie to get an upsell. I will be bringing my new work van in to have them tint the glass as well.
