Update: figured out that the wall they built is very crooked. Until we replace the wall, we will have the problem of our drywall, grout and plaster cracking in the corners. We had to redesign the closet on the other side of the wall because the wall is so crooked the closet wouldn’t fit. Sigh…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-​I hired this company to build a 1200 square foot detatched garage. The total cost was a little over $ 70,000. From the start the contractor complained that he was not making any money on the project. He showed me some of the work he had done in the past, credentials, and a list of all the community services he donated to including the BBB. He offered to do additional work to include flooring the attic and adding folding attic steps. He was going to charge me six manhours to complete the job. The job took 16 manhours to complete. The 2 guys working on the project made it an all day affair since they didn’t have another job to do that day. Needless to say the contractor tried to pass these charges off to me. I refused to pay and offer to go through arbitration. He said it was not worth his time. or money. Besides the change order was not in writing. He said he was having to dissolve his business and owed people all over town money. Needless to say a warranty is just as good as the person offering it. I’m still waiting for for another repair to be made.
