Professional and fast. Didn’t feel pressured to get extra service but felt cared for and guided on services. Have to say this staff chats just the right amount, not too much to too little. And they are fast. I’ve seen cars turn over well with the 20 minutes. Avoid the peak times to not have to weight in line.
