The staff has always been very knowledgeable and courteous every time I’ve been there. When I moved up from my starter kit the battery stopped charging after a few weeks and they replaced it without any problems. They now offer a lot more options with low or no nicotine. The prices for the juice alone can be daunting, but when compared to a carton of cigarettes you really can’t complain, though I wouldn’t be against occasional specials or promotions.

Avail makes their own juice and let me tell you it is TRASH! The only semi-​decent one was sweet tooth, which is a butterscotch. Everything else has a nasty chemical taste and just over all was not satisfied. And they have the oddest nicotine levels. Usually it’s (0,3,6,12,18) here it’s (0,4,8,12)
I was very unsatisfied with my visit!

I bought a starter kit last month and though I loved it, I wanted to move up to better models with more features etc. The guys here really knew their stuff and after an hour of showing me and explaining the different vaporizers, I walked out with a Cool Fire IV system. I went back 2 days later because though I thought I understood vaping, I was getting confused with watts/​volatages/​Ohms. I must say that in 45 minutes I learned more than I ever had known about vaping. This will definitely make for a positive vaping experience and makes one feel that these guys are not just trying to make a sale.

High price while offers no return or satisfaction guarantee policy of any sort (on hardware or E-​juice), good store for window shipping.
I would never recommend business who doesn’t stand behind their products.

Today was my third visit so I thought it was time for a review.
Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable.
I explained what I wanted, and they were able to build me exactly what I described. The people that work here are so friendly, and their recommendations have been so helpful.
They have a great selection of juices and you can try them before purchasing.
I also really appreciate their hours, they’re open a little later than other local vape stores so I can make it after work! They also didn’t mind that I came in twice 10 minutes before closing.
Definitely recommend Avail vapor– especially to anyone who is new to vaping.

The people who work here are friendlier and more helpful than any other vape shop I’ve ever been to, by far. They aren’t condescending, which is nice for a change.
The décor is beautiful and the way they have their tasting bar set up is awesome. I absolutely love it. Also, their juices are definitely decent quality!
The one gripe I have with this place is that other than their reserve liquids, they don’t sell them in bottles bigger than 15 ml, and the prices are extremely high. 11.99 is the absolute cheapest price they have for a 15 ml bottle. My favorite juice in the world, which is a very high quality premium e-​liquid, is 13.99 for a 30 ml bottle at other shops.
However, they’re still a wonderful shop! Just need to lower their liquid prices!

Stopped in earlier this week, great experience! I was very pleased with the layout and vibe of the store. Love the ability of trying all the flavors. I purchased a box mod from them of which I am super impressed. They were able to help me with acquiring all the correct settings and ohms necessary to reach my devices «sweet spot». Highly recommend this place!
