Edible Arrangements

It’s always ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ odds that they will screw up your order at this location.
Paid for an arrangement on Feb. 11 for wife’s birthday. Was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I came back in FIVE hours and they had not even started making it. I was told it would be 20 minutes to make the arrangement but I waited for 35 minutes.
My wife was not happy with it at all! She said it looked like the just through something in a basket and gave it to you!
Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location. I expect more for $ 150. Won’t ever come back to the Germantown location.

Very very rude ! terrible customer service! Can I give 0 stars?
I just left there around 3 this afternoon,. They had been running radio ads all day about a valentines special so I decided to stop in for an additional valentines gift. When I get there I see signs saying they arent taking any new orders, okay fine, well I’m hereso it can’t hurt to ask if they have anything available right? WRONG!
I said to the sales clerk, I read your sign but… she intrerrupts me and says «but what?» I said excuse me I wasn’t finished, I was going to ask if you had anything in stock, like a florist might.
Her response, almost yelling, was «if we had anything it would be on the sign!» …I I couldn’t believe her nasty attitude, I said okay fine, no need to be rude and started to walk out the store, she yells behind me «but thanks for reading the sign».
But my thing is, it’s the day BEFORE valentines day, not the day of and you’re out of everything? really?
Based on the attitude I have to assume edible arrangements is getting sooo much business they don’t need any new customers ever. Needless to say, I won’t be back to that location for any reason.

HORRIBLE Customer Service/​poor product!!!
I received an arrangement from the store in Germantown, TN for Admin Professional’s Day, and half the fruit was not ripe, and the pineapple shapes were made from the core of the pineapple (ugh). When I called the store about my arrangement, they said that they would provide me with a replacement arrangement, but that I would need to pick it up. Sooo essentially they wanted to further inconvenience me for their negligence. I told them to keep it, but I am posting my testimony everywhere I can, so tht people know how little they care about their customers.

So darn impressed! I thought that the fruit might be a little old or something was just to weird about this, but the fruit is divine! It’s so fresh and still has its crispness. I would recommend this to anyone with any occasion!

Okay, I admit that this review kind of a stretch. I mean I’ve never actually been to the Edible Arrangements store. However, I have had some of their products and did use their service once.
Several times in the last year, someone at work has ordered an edible arrangement for an office event or has received one as a gift. In addition, I phoned in an order for an Edible Arrangement from this store and had it delivered to someone in another state as a thank you. And, without exception, everyone enjoyed their Arrangements.
So I know first-​hand what a treat it is to give and receive an Edible Arrangement. The one I remember most had chocolate dipped strawberries and bananas along with some pineapples and cantaloupe. It was fantastic. I’ve also remember sampling some of their chocolate dipped apples and oranges but was less than enamored with those.
The arrangements are unique, colorful and full of mouth watering scents. They make a great gift for friends, family or even for yourself.
