Brain child of Philip G. Sardelis the co owner and co founder of The Sardis Chicken chain Picca combines Pollo a la Brasa and Cevicheria in one.
As a pioneer and visionary Sardelis prides himself to represent Peru with great honor. Using the finest ingredients coming straight from Peru, Picca’s main chef Oswaldo Diaz and Sardis corporate Chef Aldo Verastegui along with ownership infuse Picca’s menu with such complex flavors that help keep customers coming back for more. Our culinary team travels throughout the world in order to perfect every dish on our menu. Many of the worlds top Peruvian Chef have consulted and collaborated on many of our menu items.
