History

Established in 1993.

Originally, our team worked out of Damascus MD until we moved to Germantown MD in 2009. I started this business in 1993 and as my business grew, so did the number of members on my team. We are currently working as a small (5 agents), yet very effective, group of Professional Real Estate Agents.

Rick Thompson: A Montgomery County native, born and raised in Damascus MD. Rick attended Damascus High and immediately started working full time after graduation. By the time he was 20 years old, he purchased a retail store that sold home furnishing in Gaithersburg MD. His business thrived because of the kind of service he provides and he successfully ran the store for 20 years until the time came to change careers. A natural born salesman, Rick chose Real Estate as his second career because he felt he could help a lot more people by taking care of them with one of the most important purchases they will make in their lives. Again, his work ethic, dedication and attention to detail allowed him to become the highest producing agent from his first year in the business. 20+ years later, Rick and the team continue to be the highest producing team in their brokerage and in the top 13 teams on the east coast.
