This includes hygiene services, emergency services, cosmetic dentistry, tooth color fillings, whitening, mouth guards, extractions, implant restorations, crown and bridge, and root canal treatments. We are sensitive to our patients needs which helps insure excellent treatment outcomes.

We work with most insurances plans including filing claims and following up with insurance companies.

Dr. Schramek opened his Germantown, MD office in 1991 and has been practicing dentistry over 25 years. His wife works as a dental hygienist in the office with over 30 years of experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schramek since he opened his Germantown dental practice and have NEVER considered going to another dentist. His work has always been outstanding. In addition, he always patiently explains everything he is doing and never rushes, ensuring that everything is done correctly. I also see his wife Karen four times a year for scaling and actually enjoy the procedure, even though it can be quite painful at times, because she is so personable and so thorough. I am moving soon to Pennsylvania but will continue to go to the Schrameks for all my dental work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Do not walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST! He is not very competent at ALL! I made the mistake of calling him to have my wisdom teeth out. He did an exam and determined he could do it. I was there for THREE HOURS, he got through 3 teeth and half of the fourth and determined it would take him too long to finish so he got me up in the MIDDLE of my procedure to send me to another doctor down the street! What kind of treatment is that??? The doctor who I saw afterwards was MUCH more competent, did the same things that Dr. Schramek was doing and finished it, no problem. AVOID this HORRIBLE dentist at all costs!!!
