Meet the Business Owner

Vimal K.

Business Owner

Vimal Kapoor, president & principal home inspector, has over 35 years of engineering, architecture and environmental experience. He has performed over 10,000 home and building inspections and specializes in Indoor Air Quality evaluations for clients with Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) and Building Related Illness (BRI). He is the past president of the Mid-​Atlantic chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He is a certified Building Performance Analyst and Level I Thermographer and has advised consumers on building green and improving energy efficiency. Vimal is a licensed home inspector in Maryland and Virginia. He is an ASHI certified inspector, (ACI). He is certified by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) and is a Council-​certified Indoor Environmental Consultant, (CIEC) and Council-​certified Indoor Environmentalist, (CIE). Vimal is a Radon Measurement Specialist certified by the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB).
