Wendy’s

I will start by saying that I actually love Wendys as a franchise, but this particular location is just awful. The interior is droll and disgusting, the service takes far longer than it should, the food never looks or tastes fresh and just generally unappealing. I give two stars because the staff is usually friendly and again, i love Wendys in and of itself, but just avoid this location.

Horrible horrible horrible. I grew up in germantown so Ive been to this location plenty of times but within the past few years it has completely gone downhill. Customer service is ridiculous and the manager is rude. Also if you havent noticed lately their prices have gone up. 2.15 for a plain jr hamburger? Seriously? And the wait is OMG!!!

Growing up in Germantown, I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for a long time. It’s had its ups and downs, but I’m sorry to say it’s starting to become a no-​go for a few reasons.
First, customer service is lackluster at best. I understand a majority of employees are young/​first job in high school, but feeling like you’re a «burden» for disturbing their on the clock break isn’t professional. I’ve had 2 separate encounters at this establishment that haven’t been a pleasant experience.
Second, the lack of quality control on the food. Simply put, French fries shouldn’t be ice cold, soggy, and drenched in salt.
Finally, although I don’t go inside to eat often, when I have gone it has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The condiment bar needs to be consistently checked, resupplied, and CLEANED. The carpet could probably use a good rug Doctor too.
All in all, I will give this place 2 stars… The only reason it’s not getting 1 is because I hope they can turn it around and get some quality employees to turn the tide.

Meal wasn’t fresh … Chicken wasn’t fresh and I was waiting long for my meal. Terrible

Awesome, so not only is this location slow as gimp but they can’t even match the correct type of sandwich patty onto correctly ordered sandwich. I got off work at what essentially ended up being midnight, so ya know? to avoid the hassle of cooking dinner into the morning, opted for something more convenient.
I ordered a home style chicken sandwich plain. they gave me a chicken sandwich with everything on it which normally would be a easy fix assuming this location had enough common sense to at least get the correct homestyle chicken patty on said sandwich. As opposed to a GODDAMN SPICY CHICKEN PATTY! This establishment is THE WORST! Do your appetite a favor and stay clear from this one.

Once! Just once! Get the order right. If there was another Wendy’s near by I would would go there instead. This place hires staff with IQs in single digit.

When I was little, I loved Wendys. I loved their $ 1 menu. Everything was tasty for my wallet. Now its blah, its all about cutting corners, raising prices, cutting back on quality. See back in the days, burger pattys were huge. kaiser buns were big now its almost the size of a slider. the fries are nasty!!! they changed their fries to ugh. I cant even describe it. The food is different not the same. Im guessing they are using a different food distributor for saving $$$. The chicken sandwiches are yuck. They barely use sauce. The service is hit or miss. Just make sure you ask for your food hot and fresh as food sits in the warmer until its sold. Frostys are always a winner. Thats something that cant ever be messed up.
