Tender Touch Dog Grooming & Boarding Kennels

We used to board our dog there but never again. Once she came home with mad diarrhea. The worst time was when we boarded her for 9 days and they failed to give her ANY of her seizure medicine (I actually counted the pills prior to boarding our dog and the count was exactly the same). When I called the owner vehemently denied not giving the medicine and said I was calling her a liar. My reply was «well, yes I am calling you a liar.» I wouldn’t board my stuffed dogs here.

Tender Touch is wonderful! They really care for the dogs and know a lot about the different care each breed needs. We really appreciate them here and recommend this place to friends, who have been extremely impressed, too. I once got a really crappy nail trim here, but all other times it has been very good (hence the missing star).
We have only used them for grooming, but if we ever go away and need boarding, we would feel comfortable leaving the dogs here.

I brought my two chihuahuas there today for the first time for a deluxe bath. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff was awesome! Clearly dog lovers which let me know my dogs would be well cared for.
My dogs coats are so soft and shiny after their deluxe baths and 5 minute brushing, and the smell great! Will be a long-​time customer for sure!

Tender Touch Dog Grooming is exactly what we were looking for: a reasonably-​priced place for our dogs, Tedbear and Guinness to get their hair did. Not grooming per se, but washing (they’ve been busy playing outside, and being that they’re a Cockapoo and a Sheepdog, respectively, they need regular care).
In came Tender Touch Dog Grooming with a reasonable price ($ 30 and $ 35), a very friendly welcome, and awesome service! It’s clear that they truly care about the animals. Our dogs got a bath and 15 minutes each of brushing. They looked awesome! They came back, smelling and looking handsome.
Incidentally, they do not cut hair, just wash, blow dry, and brush. And, they do offer dog boarding. For a special reduced fee, check their website (I think it’s $ 3 off for first time guests). ;)
I can’t recommend Tender Touch Dog Grooming enough!
