Harbor View East Apartments

The review posted by pacnwd is a sham. All the comments were made by someone disgruntled because they violated the rules regarding moving out. These apartments have had very happy long time tenants. The remodel is going along nicely.

These apartments have amazing views. The managers go out of their way to help you and make sure things are done right.
They are in the process of remodeling and when it is done the outside will look amazing and all the problems will be resolved.

Awful! one of the worst places that we’ve ever lived. The buildings are in total disrepair, there is mildew on all the windows, cold air leaks through doors and windows, peeling paint, rotting wood, etc. The onsite managers are very unpopular with the tenants; several of our neighbors have told us that the managers insulted them or their family members, that they are lazy (we can attest to that as we asked for a year for them to repair a dented window screen with holes that let insects into the apt, our front door that never closed correctly, etc… we finally had to repair them ourselves), that they make many inappropriate/​politically incorrect remarks (we have also witnessed many instances of this behavior), and that they are unable or unwilling to assist with issues between neighbors, etc.
Also, the noise level is off the charts since the walls are so thin. We had to move from our master bedroom to the den/​office at the back of the apartment since the noise from the back of the apartment woke us up everyday starting at 5am and the draft coming through the window was unbearable (we asked the managers many times to insulate the caulking, which they never did). Avoid these apartments at all costs.
