As the previous president of the whitehawk homeowners association, I cannot say enough good things about Juanita, and especially Tracy Butzko. They were very responsive to our concerns and our community and really tried to navigate our board of directors through extremely turbulent times. Unfortunately, our board of directors decided to terminate the contract with them after I resigned. Thank you again Juanita and Tracy, for hard work and great service. I would recommend your team to anyone who asks!

HOA Community Solutions was a great decision for NCHA. Having such a professional, knowledgeable and pleasant staff supporting our board has been key in the smooth running of our community. The Minerva Beach Homeowner’s Association community, located on Hood Canal WA, hired HOA Community Solutions in 2011. They came highly recommended by another community and have exceeded our expectations in the management of our property. I work closely with Juanita Carbaugh, the owner, and her staff and they are all professional, competent, and responsive to our community’s needs. The Minerva Beach community is very satisfied with HOA’s services and we feel our community couldn’t be in better hands. I am confused at the negative review. We hired HOA Community Solutions to manage our community in 2010, and it has been the best decision our board has ever made. She expects the same wonderful level of customer service from all of her employees. For two years I have been on the Barclay Place homeowners association in Federal Way, WA. I work very closely with the owner, Juanita Carbaugh. I’m in charge of the common areas in our neighborhood and there are many things I was not aware of in terms of deadlines. Juanita took the time to walk me through all nuances of my reponsibility. The company and Juanita are very professional, accessible and easy to work with. Customer service is key and they deliver! HOA Community Solutions is our management company and we are very satisfied with their services.

For three years I was president of the Bridgewood Estates homeowners association in Gig Harbor, WA. HOA Community Solutions was and is our management company. I worked very closely with the owner, Juanita Carbaugh. I cannot say enough good things about Juanita or the company. They are highly professional and extremely easy to work with. They are also very responsive. I always got a very prompt reply. They are exceptional at follow through. If they say they will do it, it will be done. Juanita was constantly concerned about what was best for the community. She was always mindful of helping us do the maximum amount while keeping a close eye on cost. Juanita is always patient and professional. I have seen her deal with very difficult people in person at meetings, through email and on the phone. She is always respectful and gracious. I frequently receive inquiries from other HOA’s about hiring HOA Community Solutions. I have always given them the highest recommendation possible.
I don’t know what’s going on with the very negative review. But before you make the mistake of not hiring them based on that review, contact me first!

Friends, this is incompetence at it’s finest! If you are looking for quality or knowledge look the other way. I can’t give negative stars so I have to settle for one star :(Tracy is the worst thing to happen to our association and I have been able to share our experience with other properties and have successfully stopped them from using this company. I am not sure if any of the other people are any good but it was one screw up after another with Tracy. It became too much and we finally made the best decision to terminate our contract. Since terminating the contract we have found out Tracy has been bad mouthing our board to our vendors and being a general nuisance.
