Leafless in Seattle

I’ve had so many home improvement contractors come through my home in the last few years with all the work we’ve needed done and feel like I’ve seen it all — from the fast talking, high pressure guy to the clueless cheap guy to the under the table sleazy guys. The guys at Mastershield were a breath of fresh air.
The initial appointment was very thorough, the estimator wasn’t in a hurry and was able to answer all of my questions. Here’s one for you — when I asked if these leafless gutters were perfect and never needed maintenance he was honest and said «no, nothing that is outside is completely maintenance free. It will need some attention perhaps every couple years but it’s absolutely as good as it gets.» All the other claimed their stuff was magic, even the ones that install flat so debris piles up.
the installers were some of the most conscientious workers I’ve ever had do work for me. They took their time and also didn’t mind my pestering them about details. They always had an answer for what and why.
