I just called the front desk to ask for some quotes… And she rattled off so fast prices and such, & I told her I was writing the information down, and I write really fast… And could she please slow down and restate the options, and she got very snippy with me, saying there was a bad connection, when there really wasn’t because she was telling me an answering my inquiries before just fine… She said well if you could just bear with me in such a growly town, that I hung up… aND CALLED ANOTHER SHOP and the other shop had three more options available and a cheaper price, and a lovely front desk, who was very sweet and helpful. The shop I called that gave me good service is «Made in the Shade» in Mesa. Do yourself a favor do not call this bitchy in front desk who will treat you like shit.

Was very impressed with Erik and the quality of the tint job. Prices were posted on the wall which made me feel better than just a verbal quote. They took the time to explain all my options and were very accommodating to do the tint exactly as I wanted (then informed me that I am liable for any tickets etc which makes sense to me). They had the car in and out exactly in the time they quoted.
Would recommend.

No complaints here! Wonderful customer service and my husband even received a free window tint on his car for his birthday. We ended up upgrading slightly, but there was no high pressure sales pitch to go along with that. Overall great experience.

This place was great to work with. Eric and Dustin are both wonderful to work with. They are flexible and took the time to talk through the benefits of each option. They were patient and worked with my hectic schedule. I even was able to get some work done in their clean and comfy wi-​fi lounge/​waiting room. They are super friendly and professional. Exceeded my expectations and I am now considering doing more work but now at my home. I highly recommend them over others.

The difference is amazing!
I had the 3M Night Vision 15 put on those pesky, hard to reach, odd shaped windows that come with vaulted ceilings. For some reason home builders put these windows exactly where the sun rudely barrages through in the mornings and evenings, resulting in higher temps and in-​home sunglasses-​necessary brightness!
Mark, the man that came out to give me the estimate, was gracious and very professional. He answered every question and concern I had. He brought samples and seemed to actually be interested in what I needed and shared alot of his knowledge and expertise when educating me in the whole process and product.
Ryan, the very nice man that did the installation, was great! He was on time, called ahead, was very polite, professional, pleasant, clean and conscientious throughout the entire install. There was no dilly-​dallying around. he got started right away and got ‘er done non-​stop. He too was very knowledgeable about the product and process.
I highly recommend A Better Tint and will definitely call them next time I need any of this type of work done again.

Love my new tint! I seriously feel like I’m driving a new car. The tint looks fantastic, the employees I dealt with were nice, and I left happy. What more can I ask for? I was told it would take about 2 ½ hours for my tint, but I only waited for 30 min. I’ll admit, they could really do some sprucing up on their waiting room. It’s small, it’s hot, and the tv got about 2 channels. Not to mention, they offer wifi for their customers, but the password given to me was incorrect. I’m glad I only had to wait half an hour cuz I definitely would’ve gone stir crazy with the lack of things to to in the waiting room.

This business was very hard to rate. The tint installers are professional, and do a good job.
I have had three vehicles done here. The first experience was great the office staff was friendly, professional, and the installation was done well. The price seemed fair.
This second time however the office staff seemed put out, and acted like they were doing us a favor. The pricing was sketchy, and high. The installation took three times longer than the first time. The office staff wasn’t very professional or friendly.
The installation was done well, so far no problems.
I guess if you can deal with unpleasant office staff, high prices, and good installation this is the place to go.
I would rather pay more for good customer service, and good installation.

They did the tint on my classic, 1970 Chevelle. They were professional and exuded my expectations. I did a clear ceramic tint to protect the interior of my car, which I was very impressed with the job they did. I will be taking all my cars back to a better tint and recommending them to all friends and family. Thank you again to the team over at A Better Tint!

They did such a great job on tinting my wife’s car, I now have my car in for a clear bra. Great people to work with, highly recommend.

While the product was good, I certainly didn’t appreciate the price switch when we went to pick up our vehicle. She admitted to misquoting me but wouldn’t honor the price and would only meet me in the middle. I requested a follow-​up email outlining their prices which never came. Bait and switch. Very disappointed.

This is the best auto tint within 100 miles. Great tint goes without saying but their customer service is exceptional. Pick this company to tint your car, you’ll be happy you did.

I had a deluxe package paint protection installed on my new car.
the first installation was bad due to misalignment, bubble, and finger roll up over the edge. I appreciated that «A Better Tint» would do a second installation to fix the issue. I would give a 4 star if there was no debris under the film from the second installation.
I cannot give a five stars due to the fact that the clear bra was a pre-​cut with a computer pattern that does not fit 100% to my vehicle. There are disconnection on bumper, mirror, and fender. In short, the parts are not wrapped 100% as compare to a good customized (hand-​cutting) paint protection film.

Found these guys on groupon but one finding a better deal on their site I decided on using ABT. It was somewhat away from where I live but it was worth the trip. A professional job was done. They clearly explained all the options we had and what would be best for our suv. Had a minor issue with one window but they promptly fixed the issue without any hassle. Overall great service and no hard sell was used like a lot of places.

Used the Unilocal deal here to get 3M Crystalline tint on my new car. Since I am moving to Virginia, they were able to help me select tints to match Virginia’s legal requirements. They gave me a time estimate of 4 hours due to the harder install process for Crystalline tint, but was done in 3 hours. Although, I showed up as they opened at 8:30am and was the first car they worked on. The overall job looks good and my car is noticeably cooler on the inside now.

I have had many tinted vehicles over the years. I have however, never had the service and quality product to the level that I received at A Better Tint.
Erik and his team were absolutely amazing! The result of the tint job was equally as impressive. I even tried simply leaving my car in the sun without putting up my sun shade visor. The outside temperature was 110 and after several hours when I returned to my car it was actually tolerable and a comfortable temperature inside!
Thank you for a truly great experience! I would unequivocally recommend A Better Tint to anyone looking to tint their car, home, or place of business!

We have used A Better Tint for many of our cars over the past few years. I’ve honestly lost count, but I know it’s at least 6. All were fully tinted. We also did clear bra (Paint Protection Film/​PPF) on the 3 most recent. We switch cars quite often and ALWAYS bring them to A Better Tint for a perfect tint job every time. In the AZ sun, using QUALITY ceramic tint makes a big difference when those temps start to rise.
We’ve recommended many of our friends to A Better Tint. The job is always done right, and if there’s something not quite perfect, they will stand by their work and either fix or redo it.
Don’t get your tint from anywhere else!

They did a great job! I would definitely recommend taking a car here for tint. They had it done in the time they said they would and it looks great. I would take another one of my cars here!

I called these guys anxious to get my newly replaced get my rear passenger window tinted to match the rest or the car before I left for a week long vacation to Mexico, in the car, the next day.
Not only did I not want my car to look goofy with one un-​tinted window, when the rest of my windows are all very dark, but I also didn’t want my grade school age son, who always sits on that side of the car, sitting in a blazing hot, un-​tinted car seat.
Not only did they tell me to come right over and they’d do it, but they were able to match my existing tint almost perfectly and the whole rush job only cost me about $ 55. They had a nice, air conditioned waiting room with free bottled waters, for me to relax in as I waited for them to finish my car and the whole process only took about 30 minutes.
I was very pleased!
