Patients get in and out on time. Dr Prebish is awesome she knows what she is doing and does a great job. The front office lady is always so friendly and helpful. The male MA is awesome and definitely knows his job, he is kind to his patients and tries to get them in and out as soon as he can. I prefer this office far more then the Baseline office because I can get in and out quickly.

I was turned off when I saw the first review. But since I live nearby I thought I would try them. I called and spoke with the incompetent office staff and asked if they have a orthopedic surgeon on staff she said yes. I said I need surgery and need to speak to a doctor before I commit. She transferred the call to another office staff who was only an assistant. He told me the doctor was not an orthopedic surgeon. Again I said I wanted to talk to a surgeon. Instead they want me to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars before I talk to the doctor. I want to make sure this surgeon can perform the surgery before I commit. This place is rude and all they want is your money. They could care less about you. Get people that know what they are doing to answer the phone.

Appreciated this place getting me in right away, and it’s convenient. Doesn’t make up for the lazy front office that can’t check insurance to find if certain things are covered. They are open half a day on Friday’s which was never mentioned and their business card doesn’t reflect that. Tried to get a hold of them on Monday, once again the response was they work half the day, but got a little bit of the girl showing up late, haven’t figured that one out yet. Left a message with their main office and never got a call back with an answer. Had to drive to this place to get my question answered, which I watied 15 minutes for so I left. They called me with the answer. It’s bad when you have to go out of your way(drive to the actual place), to get an answer when your question could have been handled via telephone. Dr. Blocher seemed qualified but lost me when he recommended physical therapy before my two week check up. No, that’s not how it works… you check my ankle out after the two weeks and go from there, unless this guy gets something on the side shipping you off somewhere else. I cancelled my check up, I can’t stand this place… they simply don’t care.
