Founded Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation after recognizing a need for expert neuro rehabilitative care in Arizona. Over the past several years, Dr. Holm has worked closely with several innovative rehabilitation companies gaining valuable experience working with adults who have suffered traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis. This experience has taught Dr. Holm that expert neurologic care requires a team of highly qualified, innovative, and competent individuals. Dr. Holm has been recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a Neuro Clinical Specialist and by the American Physical Therapy Association as a certified vestibular therapist. Dr. Holm has been married 10 years to his beautiful wife Atrena and has four amazing children. When Dr. Holm is not at work, he enjoys swimming, running, spending time with his family, and serving in his church and community.
