My 1993 Chevy Pickup failed emissions for the first time ever so I was searching for a highly rated repair facility after the one I used to go to got some very bad reviews recently. Came across APR and took it there. Eric and his crew discovered the problem, did a fast repair and had it retested with a PASS result. Great service and fair prices. Thanks APR!

I can not thank these guys enough! I called asking for the impossible on short notice. They were able to get my car in and out the same day with exceptional service. Eric, you are seriously the best! He called me to let me know everything every step of the way. My subaru still thanks you. The shop was really friendly and never once did I feel like they just wanted to up sell me for bogus «problems.» I will definitely be coming back and highly recommending your services. :D

These guys did a great job with my new tires, rims, rocker bars, and a short left. I will be back in a few months to put on a bigger lift.
They’re very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions about options on the upgrades. I had a little squeak in the front end after the installation and they immediately took care of it for me!

APR performed a coolant flush and diagnosed my AC problem in an hour for a reasonable price. They even lent me a loaner vehicle so that I could run some errands while they worked. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

We recently had to take our family SUV in for some work. We came across APR and could not have been more happy! So its not about the good work, yet the integrity that blew me away. They replaced shocks and struts. As we were driving we found a new sound and had to bring the truck back. Mike at APR offered us his personal vehicle as he knew we have to have transportation with the kids. They found the sound, fixed it for free and tossed in a complimentary oil change for our time.

My Mini had some shoddy mechanics work on it — then through the recommendation of a dear friend I had it towed to APR and I am so glad that I did.
A little while after my Mini was towed there, Eric let me know the issue — apparantly, the mechanics at the last shop had broke the nipple that holds the brake line and had try to glue it together, which didn’t work. Eric and was very communicative through the whole process and actually gave me 3 options to repair the issue. One was fabricating the part, which was a great option for me as I would have to replace then entire part at $ 500.
Mini back to normal — yay!
Anyway, they were great. Let me know what was going on the whole time. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend.

Michael was so incredibly helpful, and accomodating. We were coming from Ahwatukee — a 40 minute drive, because we were referred to APR (by a highly respected mechanic that has been working on Toyotas for 27years) and told there was no other option — these guys were the most fair, and simply the best. APR was 20% less than a shop close to my home, and they did some extra small work on my sons truck for no charge, because he is an 18 year old kid, paying for his own repairs. I was highly impressed with the customer service, the communication, and the honesty… There is no other option — these guys are the best!!!

Finally a legit auto repair shop run by upstanding guys who won’t lie or try to rip you off. I took my 2010 Camaro here because the dealer told me I had a coolant leak and I also wanted to check out a rattle in my exhaust. After having the car for about 3 hours and pressurizing the system several times they determined there was no coolant leak and identified the rattle as coming from my resonated X pipe. The best part… they didn’t charge me a dime because they didn’t do any repair work. They could have easily charged me for the time my car was at the shop but they didn’t and as a result I will be taking my car back to replace the resonated X when my new one comes in and for all future work I need done.

These guys are great.
I just moved here and had a damaged car mirror in the move– they had the replacement on in 10 minutes and waived the labor. I will be using APR in the future.

Well we trusted the friendly people of Unilocal to assist with finding a repair shop that didn’t rip us off. I wish I would’ve trusted my gut. It all started when my fiancés check engine light came on. We dropped off the truck at APR and after 3 days we were told it was a bad CAT, after 3 more days and us calling we were told it was all fixed and ready to go. We get to the shop to pick it up and the truck is not there, they outsourced the replacement of the CAT and didn’t tell us. I feel like they should communicated this but didn’t. oh well the truck is fixed RIGHT? WRONG!
We can hear them revving the engine in the back, the truck is Misfiring like crazy. The owner comes to the front and says they don’t know what’s wrong with it if we can leave it a few more days they would figure it out… But he’s going on vacation so he will need at least 3 days. ok. fine we leave it.4 days pass we call and they ask to outsource checking the fuel injectors since they cant do it there and it will cost $ 100. ok fine. they come back and say its not the injectors but they want to charge us $ 800 to SEE if it MIGHT be the timing chain. umm no!
Three weeks went buy the truck still isn’t fixed. Not only that we get It home and the clips to the injectors are on the windshield and the injectors aren’t even plugged back in. we drove it all the way home that way. It ended up being the O2 sensors. that SHOULDVE been replaced with the CAT but weren’t. After $ 400 at this place we got nothing but a non working truck for almost a month. NEVER AGAIN! DON’T GO HERE! They have no idea what they are doing!

Read reviews of how they specialized in Diesel so I took my BMW 335d in and had them put a tune on it. They also upgraded my lights to LED and found me a great deal on Rims and tires. My ride looks brand new and was crazy affordable (relatively speaking) compared to what others would have charged.

I have brought both my vehicles into these guys in the last couple months. They were able to get me in and out the same day. And on both I was honestly a bit surprised at how little they charged me!

1^st visit and they did a great… The guy who serviced my car did an extra service at no charge. Will return, especially because my barber is up the street.

My son needed to fix the air conditioner in my car as he broke it. He used Unilocal to find a reputable service center and found APR. Service was excellent and the price was astoundingly affordable. No gouging here. Air works great. You never know if you are going to be ripped off at an auto repair shop, especially if you know nothing about cars. Very happy with this company. Kudos

A trust worthy place for everyone! This is a family owned business that won’t up-​sale and try to nickel and dime you… They have saved my car twice now and I will continuously come here even for scheduled maintenance. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I’ve had an awesome mechanic as well as a friend since I moved here whom I trust with all the vehicles I’ve ever owned. Sometimes there are jobs that need to be addressed in an industrial garage, is why I was referred here.
I called and spoke with Eric Fraley, the owner, about a major repair I needed. He got me in that same day. My little cutie pie and I waited patiently in their comfortable waiting area since my vehicle was not done that same day. We waited for hubby to come pick us up after work. The cost of the repair was very competitive.
How many locally owned auto mechanic shops offer to take you home then pick you up when it is done? Not many! This why I particularly love that they go above and beyond with their customer service!
There was a woman who went in while we were waiting who obviously had some type of work done to her car with a complaint. The young man who was helping her behind the counter listened then offered a solution. Classy. The customer was happy that they addressed her predicament. The young man’s thorough job is what would set them apart from other competitor in order to succeed in their business. They don’t need to price gouge because people will realize this and not return. I am happy to report that there was no bullshit, made-​up, the vehicle is going to fall apart or explode if you didn’t fix this or that. None of that.
Very nice and knowledgeable group of nice young men to help you with any vehicle needs.
