I love AT&T but hate this store, also. I went in today to upgrade my phone. My contract has been expired for several months and I’m due for an upgrade. The manager kindly greets me and signs me in. Next I get Mike. Mike is not only rude, but has horrible hygiene. He seems bothered that I didn’t go with his suggestion of a phone plan, and am asking questions to make sure I’m getting the best deal. Both options will cost 10 – 25 dollars more, per a month, than I’m paying now. I conclude that it would be best for me to stay on my plan and renew my contract. Mike tells me I can only do that online. «Since when?» I ask. «Two or three months ago,» he replies. I thank him and go up to the manager to ask when they started renewing contracts online only. He tells me they can, in fact, renew contracts in store. Mike comes over and pulls out his iPad, shows his manager what plan I wanted and the manager asks if I know that I’m on a very old plan. WHAT?! Who cares if it’s old, it has everything I need and costs me substantially less! I say yes, I know. «You can definitely renew, just know that that wouldn’t be your best plan.» LOLWHAT!!! I smirked, thanked him, and walked out. Corporate will hear about this.

I’d like to thank Brianna Newton for giving the best customer services. She remembered me and my husband when I walked in the second time. She is a great sales person when the customer does not feel being pushed or intimidated. She gives the best option from the customers perceptions. The best value for this store is definitely Brianna. We will always go back because of her. :-)

Love AT&T but hate this store. This is the worst store for customer service. Did not help work through a very costly problem. On top of it was incredibly condescending! Sent us out with a phone that wasn’t working because of lack of Internet network to actually load operating systems on their own products. So disappointed! I expect more from a company I’ve been loyal to and spend a lot of money with over the years.

I’m really happy with AT&T I just got my kids the new Samsung) Watch’s and they Download the Health App & they really have a lot of fun! make’s them want to move and exorcise way more really never did much exercise but now they have so much FUN love it(5) Stars in my Book it lets them get out More! they can still keep in touch so don’t worry
