Established in 2012.

Better Choice Homes was established by Brad Young and BJ Gremillion in 2012. Together they have created a full service Real Estate Brokerage in Gilbert, Arizona that services the South East Valley. Their focus and passion is Real Estate investing. Since acquiring their Real Estate licenses, they have bought and sold over 500 properties together in the past 6 years. In 2012 they created a property management division of the brokerage which focuses on a low cost/​high return for property owners and investors who own real estate in Arizona but live throughout the Country as well as Canada.
