History

Established in 2011.

In 2010, I attended a workshop and a retreat with Barbara Sher. Through those events it became crystal clear that utilizing my skills in training, speaking and coaching was the right direction for me to go in establishing my business.

In 2011 I launched my business as Smartful Coaching.

Over time I saw several shifts in my business and in the market.

That led me to rename my business in 2015 to Bob Wilson Solutions.

My promise statement: Creating High Productivity, Low Stress Workplaces.

This applies to both the solo business owner and also to larger organizations. Sessions can be individual group or a combination of the two.

For over 25 years I have enjoyed helping people grow and achieve more. I have a passion for teaching, coaching and inspiring others to succeed. Strong listening skills are in my DNA, they are a part of who I am.

My background in Management, Education, IT and Coaching makes me uniquely qualified to help in both group and individual settings.
