Came for a 4 year old’s birthday party. Handed our present to the employee at the front desk and she put it in the bin for us. Once the presents were opened we noticed 2 were missing. The hosts discovered the mistake and said they were taken home by another child. The host said if we had receipts to give them to the front desk to be reimbursed. The front desk staff said we would not be reimbursed and only offered a free pass. The front desk was not interested in fixing the problem their staff caused.
It is extremely disappointing the front desk staff would not fix this for is. 4 year old children are not able to understand there was a «communication» issue, and that was the explanation we were given by the party hosts.
Save your money, use a different party place. There are more out there, businesses should remember that part.

So awesome! I had my daughter’s 4^th birthday party here and I didn’t have to do anything except show up! They did the rest, which was amazing! I also loved that the party was private. We didn’t have to worry about following the kids around every second. We could just sit back and let them play. Such a great experience!

Just celebrated my daughters 7^th birthday at BounceU and it was fantastic! Huge perk is not having to do all the usual labor that comes with a birthday party. The two hosts (Whitney and Olivia were so much fun!) did everything. Greeted parents as they dropped off kids, took pictures during the party, played with the kids, served the food and drinks, managed the gift opening. All I had to do was enjoy my daughter and have fun with her and her friends! Totally worth the money. I thought she might be a little too old for a bounce house party, but the added Cosmic glow package took it to the next level. Pretty cool!

Loved this place! If i was local I’d bring my boys at least once a week. Such great activity time for them, and nice air conditioning for me:) Pricing was very inexpensive in my opinion. And the lady working there was so incredibly nice! Ill be back next time I’m i the AZ desert!

I must say this. The first time we were there for a birthday party a few years ago I was not impressed. This time around we were here for a sensory bounce and had a way better experience. All employees were super nice and very accommodating.

We had my sons 5^th birthday party here. We had so much fun! The kids all had a blast and it was organized really well. They handle everything, all you have to do is show up. We had a party coordinator lady that was awesome, so we got extra lucky there. It is pretty pricy for a Saturday party with food, but they have a ton of different day/​time/​food options to try to make it fit in the budget. They did a great job making the party stress free for us all while making our son feel extra special. LOVED it.

Best place for kids birthday party! We have celebrated 2 of my kids birthdays there the last 3 months and our experience could not have been better both times! The staff are super friendly and fun throughout the entire party. Each party is assigned two staff and they practically take over and really manage the party by making sure the kids have fun, taking pictures, organizing food and drinks, through gift opening to loading the car! Parents can enjoy the party and even join in on the fun. We have been several times during open bounce sessions too and it is a perfect way to get the kids out and let them bounce off the wall, literally.

This is an amazing place, the layout and mix of activities keeps the kids busy and never bored.
The staff was very attentive and interactive with all the kids.

Great time. Attended the 6 & younger on a Thursday morning. Besides my 2 friends who met us, there was only one other family.

I had been to one of these in Virginia a few years ago and was not impressed. So when we were invited to a birthday party here, I was not looking forward to it. HOWEVER, this one I was thoroughly impressed. It was so organized and fun. My kids were 3, 4 and 6 and it was perfect for all of them. After that we did 3 of our kids birthdays there and it was perfect. It’s inexpensive, we could bring our own cake and they organized everything! We just had to show up. The kids got to use both the rooms but one at a time so all the kids stayed together. Then they took them into the party room and the employee (who was so fun) facilitated the gift opening and even wrote down which gifts came from whom! I actually had no work and all play! It was great. The kids had fun and so did us adults. I will definitely take my youngest for her bday too.

Really disappointed.. Went there as a playdate /​birthday party gathering for our boys. We made reservations started in one room and then every 25 minutes they unloaded the kids and kept going back and forth between the two rooms corralling us into one of the party rooms while a VIP birthday party made their way back and forth when something was said to the manager he said that I was the only one complaining and that if I wanted a refund I would have to leave. Great business practice we will never be back! The good thing is the boys are too young to know what the heck was going on.

We came to the Toddler Playdate on a Wednesday morning. It was supposed to be for ages 1 to 3. There is absolutely nothing friendly about this place for one year old children. It is nearly impossible for parents to carry the little ones up the slides. Very dangerous if you try. I will not be returning. There is not that much to do and the equipment is mediocre at best. Very small rooms. Highly disappointed.

Great place to let kids burn some energy for a few hours. I like that there are plenty of bouncer/​interactive options for all ages. They just added gated toddler zones in each room as well. We’ve attended a few birthday parties here as well and they seem very well run and the kids always have a blast.

Our 6 yr old enjoys bounce u ! Its nice and clean. The workers mostly teenagers so they are socializing amongst each other ! I dont mind because im watching my kid but if you have a few kids that could be a issue. You do have to reserve prior to coming!

I went to a birthday party here with my 5 year old. Overall, there were a few things that were good, but it was mostly bad. First, the party is private, which was nice. You basically get herded from one bounce room to the next, with parties before and after you. There were several employees that were assisting and taking photos during the party. However, several kids were crying and scared and the employees made no attempt to assist. I would say that the venue is more appropriate for older children. The 5 year olds at this party did not seem to be tall enough or physically capable of using most of the equipment. At one point during the party, we were being moved from one room to the next and one child was still in the bouncer that was furthest away from the door. The rest of the children had realized that it was time to go to the next room but one girl was not aware. Rather than having staff check each bouncer to ensure that all kids were out of the room before leaving, this girl was left behind and was hysterical after the room cleared out and the lights were turned off. Imagine being a 5 year old in a new place and suddenly realizing you are all by yourself and then having the lights turned off so you cannot find the way out. As you can imagine, she was traumatized.
The amount of time for bouncing was one hour, and the rest of the time we were stuck in a tiny crowded room to open presents, eat, and have cupcakes. There was way too much time devoted to opening presents, and way too much involvement of the staff during the presents. Probably the most concerning, the staff took turns teasing the birthday girl by telling her that they were going to keep her presents and gift cards and also that they were going to smash the cake in her face. While it may have seemed like some light hearted teasing, it basically equated to bullying. The staff routinely picked on children at the party, such as implying that one of the boys liked to pick his nose. Of course, the kids all laughed, because teenagers who pick on 5 year olds is apparently hilarious (except for the kid that is being pick on!) It was very unsettling to see that it appeared to be a very common practice.
I would never take my child to another party here. Horrible experience — but what do you expect from a place that is run by teenagers?

We had such a wonderful experience! The manager is beyond sweet. And my three year old daughter had never been in such a chaotic environment before and has a fear of heights. Lauren, one of the bounce room aids, took her under her wing and made it an unforgettable experience! We love Lauren and because of her my daughter wants to go back!

I wanted to love this place but my son hated it. They wouldn’t refund me when I left almost right away. I will probably try it again in a year or so but I would rather do something else.

This place is so much fun! I decided to take my son and a few of his friends here Saturday morning before we had his bday party. Its very affordable, they have 2 large bounce rooms and a lot of different things to do. For their open jump on Saturday mornings (make sure you make a reservation because space fills up quick) it was really nice to show up, pay, no line, no hassle and the kids get right in. They jumped in one area for 45 minutes and then the other for 45 minutes. Its doesn’t seem like long enough time when you think about it as a number, but my kids were pooped by the time we left! It was perfect! They didn’t get bored in either room because there were enough things to do. Each room was clean, put together well and had enough activities to keep from 2 – 10 yr olds happy. Its hot here in AZ, so having a bounce house outside at our house just isn’t worth it. Taking the kids to this place was awesome! Air conditioning and plenty to do. If the kids needed to take a break, they have a small arcade and sitting area out front. They also have benches inside the playrooms for the parents to sit and watch.
Had a great time and will definitely be going back before summer is over!

My 3 y/​o loves this place. Very organized. Friendly staff. Great experience for adults and kids. We had a birthday party here and wow ! We had our 3 y/​o b-​day party there and she loved it. We had the 15 kid package. It was about $ 100 more expensive than if we had the party at home /​park. BUT no clean up and no prep ! My wife and I loved that part. Over in two hours. Easy.

Well, I took my 1.5 year old son and 6 year old daughter for the Open Bounce. We drove from Litchfield Park because of the reviews. The problem is that they don’t tell you what sort of equipment is available. The attendants were kind and were keeping an eye on the kids– which I appreciate since I am too short to see over the edge of the one bouncer my son could play on. I took him on the slide twice and them he was pretty much done. In all there was 1 tall slide, 1 challenge wall (the kids run up the incline as high as they can and slide back down), 1 «bounce» castle, and 3 «bounce» games where the kids throw balls at stuff but doesn’t really involve bouncing. Oh, and an air hockey table that occupied a lot of the dad’s for awhile.
The price was certainly fair at $ 18 for 2 kids for 2 hours, but my son was in serious danger by some of the other kids (ironically, the oldest kids were the most careful– but look out for the 6 – 8 yr olds!).
My daughter liked it but was bored after 45 minutes. All in all it was really too crowded, too limited in stuff the kids could play ON, and not safe for my son. Not worth the hour long drive.
