Ordered a bounce house with slide and pool for my daughter’s 4th birthday party. We had a large group of kids (I think 12 or so) there was plenty of room for all of them as some were bouncing around and others were using the water slide. It was a huge hit with all of the kids and the parents as the kids were all tired by the end of the party.
Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables showed up right on time to deliver and set-​up and then picked up a little longer than 6 hours later. I only had 2 little issues but nothing that ruined anything, the water hose that sprays the slide was out of a holding loop letting some water spray back into the bounce house area and the strap that held the air tube onto the blower came loose. I quickly refitted the tube into place and tightened the strap and put a simple knot on the strap to prevent it from happening again. I would take off a quarter or half star for the minor issues if I could but they weren’t big enough issues to warrant taking off a full star.
I would rent from them again, the price was competitive, the service was great and they had what I wanted (bounce house with water slide and pool).

I must highly recommend Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables when renting for your next party. We held a fundraiser for a 2 year old little girl with cancer and they were gracious enough to donate a bouncy house for our event. Our bouncy was clean, fun, and easy to set up! It was the hit of our event! Communication was easy and customer service was above and beyond. Our venue had specific insurance requirements and Bill took care of it without question. I look forward to renting from Bouncy Bouncy and will highly recommend them the friends and family!

We had a party our HOA put on and the lady who booked it booked for the wrong day. We had a lot of people ready to show up and nothing for them to play on. Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables saved the day for us. They found us all of the things we needed (and reserved for the wrong day) and delivered everything for the day we needed it. We have used them before in the past and they have always been so professional and affordable. We will be using them again no doubt about it.

Have rented from this company twice. Once for Halloween and once for New Years Eve. Have had great service and great prices both times! We opt to pick it up ourselves since it’s cheaper that way and they load and unload everything. It’s been a great, local business to work with!

This family company made my son’s birthday! The HUGE gorilla bouncy house has a slide, tunnel, obstacle course and ball hoop inside. It was taller than my 2-​story house! Very reasonable price, super-​nice people. We’ll go back to Bouncy Bouncy for the next birthday at our house!

Great Experience. However, I brought my own 2000W Honda Generator to run it at the park. The man who took the order expressed concern that it might not be a large enough generator. They arrived and set up the castle and when i started the blower it tripped the generator circuit 3 times. I called to see if it was still possible to rent a generator and it was not. The man was very helpful suggesting some things to try and that home depot will rent generators. His suggestion to to start the blower fan by turning it on an off to let the fan build up speed before switching it on and leaving it on. It Worked!!! Whew. Anyway, not their fault i tried to use an undersized generator.
They were extremely courteous, easy to work with, and especially helpful in my time of need.

I have used Bouncy Bouncy several times over the years (last time was March 2013) and I love them. I am always happy with the cleanliness of their bouncers, their customer service and their prices. And the rental process is always smooth. I have a 4 year old daughter and 5 year old son and they love these things at their birthday parties.
I saw the other review here on their page and just had to say that I’ve never experienced anything like what he says. I have to wonder if he ever called them to address the issues he was having?
I’ve even referred my friends to Bouncy and they’ve had great experiences too.

We had a Bouncy bouncy house for my son’s 5th birthday party and had a blast. The inflatable was here on time and they set it up for us. The employee’s were friendly and knowledgeable. They came back when we asked them too and took down the inflatable for us so we didn’t have to worry about it. The owner was warm and pleasant and asked us how our experience was and if we had a great time. I will use them every time I need a bouncy house. I know they have a variety of inflatables so we will try a different one next time for our daughter’s birthday. Wonderful experience!

We recently rented a bouncy castle for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Due to the park not having power, we also had to rent a generator. When everything was setup, the employee set the generator on a downward sloped hill. After a short period of the generator being on, it shut off. Children were still inside the castle and my daughter actually fell out of it and scrapped up her elbow and face.
After I leveled the generator and started it back up everything was working fine for short period. The next problem that we encountered was that the blower was not securely fastened to the inlet. It popped out and yet again, the castle started to deflate. I attempted to reattach it but within a few minutes, it popped out again. This time I used an extra rope tie and attached it around the inlet and the blower’s base and pulled them together tightly.
There was a ton of open space in our park and the generator should have been placed on a flat surface and the blower properly attached.
I am providing a single star review due to these issues.
