Cascade Financial Services

From the start of loan application I knew I was going have a rough time with financing. Not because of of Cascade, but the nature of my income and depths, every time I throw a curve ball and my loan processor, she had swing at it, and that she did, in my case it probably took a bit longer than it should have, and maybe someone else might have given up for an easier application, but not sure, if I should call names, but my processor was amazing at jumping hurdles til it was done. I gave up on my own dreams but she never did, and now because of her, I now have my own new home on 3 acres for the family to enjoy. oh and the rate was beter than first assumption, a welcomed surprise.
