7:30pm 11−23… 2nd person in line guy attempts to do a take out web order… Has no clue what he’s reading or how to complete the order… I wait 5 min 10. min. 15 enough… You have 5 ppl in line now who know what they want at this time… Still haven’t been acknowledge by any staff… It’s not rocket science… 4 employees standing around and not a single person can start a fucking order… Never ever again.

This is my favorite chipotle location, they have the absolute best staff that is so friendly and such quick service. The managers Ceaser, Bryant, and Dalvin are the best in the industry. Never left there unsatisfied.

Chipotle any where. My top priority for Mexican food. High quality freshly made food. You can always tell from the aroma upon entering. Love their chips n hot salsa plus brown rice with beans and salad. Can’t wait to go back.

Went here yesterday for lunch, my steak bowl was made perfectly and all the employees were friendly and helpful until I reached the register. I said hi to the girl and she stared off into space behind me and said «$ 7.70». I headed her my card and said thank you. She then hands my card back after swiping and I say thank you again. Not a single word came out of her mouth and not once did she make eye contact throughout the transaction. This is definitely not what I’ve experienced at any chipotle before. I’ll probably avoid this location from now on, that girl was depressing.

I should have known not to come here. The meat was very hard to chew, salsa was watered down. You’re not really gettin your money’s worth for the amount of food. quality of food is very low– but then again… this company is owned by McDonalds– Go Figure!

The food at Chipotle is always great, but the service at this particular location is awful. The wait is only so long (even if there’s no line) because the people behind the counter are slow to put your meal together, and they’re always talking and joking to each other. Even when you’re right in front of them ready to order!
I’ve been here many times because I love Chipotle and it was close to where I used to work. Terrible service won’t make me go out of my way to this particular location again.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I guess no one in there has ever cleaned chicken before because every time I go there half the meat is fat. Biting into a big piece of fat when you’re eating burrito is not my idea of fun, and I won’t go back.

This is the only chipotle I will go to! They are never shy with their portioning like other chipotles. It’s always clean and even if it’s busy they are still fast paced with their service! Best chipotle in AZ I’ve been too!

I have celiac disease and usually don’t have an issue with Chipotle. However, today at this location the girl was a complete mess. She didn’t understand what celiac disease was, my specific instructions or the need to change her gloves. It wasn’t even busy, I won’t ever be back. I’m extremely annoyed that I can’t eat a simple corn taco without getting sick. Step up your game, Chipotle.

Food was okay. Service, however, did not impress me. I stood waiting to order as several employees passed me by and didn’t even make eye contact with me, as if they were pretending not to notice me. Like what the hell? Can’t they even mutter a simple «hello»? Or «someone will be with you shortly»? Food wasn’t too great, I won’t be going back. I don’t know why Chipotle has such good reviews, it’s pretty mediocre.
I’d rather go to Taco Bell.

I don’t know what it is about Chipotle I’ve just never liked it. The food is good, average to me. The staff is always friendly which is always a plus. I don’t know if its the décor and/​or food.
Who picked the most uncomfortable seating? And it’s in every location.
