One star for my manicure, seeing has this is the worst. you know, EVER.
When she plopped the glitter polish on, I realized it was not what I wanted – yet, three seconds later, all 10 fingers were glittered. Manicure took 12 minutes total and included a scolding for turning my head to speak. I’m guessing no extra charge for that.
I would’ve asked for some corrections, however, the list was so long it would just mean a full redo. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
One star for my crew’s gorgeous pedicures they received and lovely ambiance.
Staff attitude was awkward. Next time: PASS.

I have been coming to Elite Nails for over 10 years. I have never found another nail salon that compares in service, friendliness, or talent. All of their technicians are highly skilled. Highly recommend this establishment.

Took us the day before Christmas Eve when they were already packed and they did an amazing job and customer service was on point, definitely were prepared for the holiday rush!

The man that did my nails had an attitude from the moment I sat in his chair. When I told me I like my nails pretty long, he commented back that cost more and you want coffin that’s more too (I have been getting my nails done a long time and I’m already aware I pay more for my request) when he stated that would be 52 for a full set, medium nails, and coffin. I ask how much do they charge for a full set, he said 42, I ask why online does it day 30. He made a HUGE deal called over his manager, speaking extremely loud, while there was plenty of people around, even after I stated I have the money and I will pay it. Then he kept telling me people dont pay and he works hard. After that he would rudely throw my hands around or push my fingers down. He was huffing and puffing as he was doing my nails, then complained to me that his finger is raw because if my nails. I can go on and on about the horrible service I just received. I have now left with short nails a color he practically forced me to get. I will never go back. Definitely not worth my 52 dollars

We went here for pedicures and were very impressed with the quality of care we were given. They give you bottled water when you sit down, and the water wall is very relaxing!

My cuticle got infected from this nail salon. Had to go to the doctor to get an antibiotic in order for it to go away.

Megan did a great job! I was nervous with how they’d do my nails but I was surprised and satisfied. Would definitely recommend

I have gotten my nails done at least once every few months for the last 10 years and this is by far the BEST salon I have ever been to. Extremely clean facility, friendly staff, and they give you a neck massage when your nails are drying. Fantastic customer service. I live in Maricopa and will continue to travel here!

Amy was able to repair my torn nature nail — that alone is a miracle. Excellent manicure.

My update on Elite Day Spa is …
I’ll still go there for pedicures. It’s the best pedicure I’ve ever had.
Even though my nails look good there, my nail tech keeps slicing my finger open with her brand new file. I got over it the first time, but it kept happening. Tiny deep cuts like that are very painful, and it wouldn’t be the biggest deal, except I have to go straight to work where it’s very possible for me to get an infection with my profession.
So I decided to go to the other part of Elite where they just do nails, a few suites down. The first time was great! So I booked again with the same girl. The second time, she was running late and took me 30 minutes late and did a horrible job. She didn’t file off all of the previous color, so with the negative space nail design, you can still see slivers of orange from the previous manicure. My gel polish also chipped and peeled off 2 days later.
I tried a third time and I wasn’t happy because she didn’t bring the gel all the way up to my cuticle, so when I walked out with a fresh manicure, it looked 5 days old. This is especially frustrating because my nails already grow so fast.
I’m now getting my nails done with Patricia at Dolce Salon and Spa in Chandler and she asked me how long it’s been since I’ve had my acrylics soaked off and re-​applied. No one ever suggested I do that at Elite. The girls just take super glue and apply it under my nail. She said that’s because the acrylic and my real nail are separating, and water can get in and cause bacteria/​fungus. So… Elite’s first thought is to superglue it.
I’ve just come to the conclusion that a really good, attentive, and knowledgeable nail tech is extremely hard to find, and I finally found her (Patricia) at Dolce.

Excellent nail salon with a very spa like feel. Friendly and professional. They take the time to do a very careful job on your nails. I love that they use pedicure tub liners so there’s never a worry of passing infections.

me and my sis just got our nails done at Elite Nails and both had an amazing experience. They went above and beyond to pamper us and the prices were very fair! I got a gel polish change but she still have me a little massage and hot towel and she took great care to make sure I was happy with it. My sister got a basic pedi and she said it was the best of her life. He was gentle and didn’t tickle her feet like most people have. She said the spa chair massage felt so good. Just thought I’d share since I’ve been looking for a good place! Will definitely be going back.

Jon at elite nails was amazing and so friendly. I recommend him to anyone! I get stiletto nails. Short and more on the almond side. I called fifteen minutes before to see if they could squeeze me. They took me in no problem. Jon was my nail tech and was so fast and efficent. Great job!

So I had the worst pedicure I have ever had! I left with filthy feet — and according to the owner it was because I chose not to upcharge for «callus» remover! I showed him that my feet were literally black on the bottom! I get pedicures every two weeks and just ran an ultra and always have nice feet — always. The owner refused to refund my money — and when I told him I would write about my negative experience his words were «go ahead — no one will believe you»!!! Avoid this place! Very poor business practice!

The salon is beautiful. I was a customer for 2 years but can never go back after how rudely I was treated by the receptionist staff and owners. Also I on more than one occasion witnessed the owner scream at and humiliate my nail tech :(. Very sad experience and will not be back.

On first glance this place has great reviews, definitely had business as it was packed on a Wednesday afternoon. I guess it really depends on the technician you get because my Mother in law had the sweetest woman who did a great job and spent a lot of time on her manicure. Mine was rushed and little to no interaction, except to try to get me to upgrade to a pedicure (even though I was told earlier on the phone no pedicure appointments were available). My mother in law’s manicure still looked good 3 weeks later while mine was donezo within 3 days.
I chose a bright coral gel color, the tech was struggling to get anything out of the nearly empty bottle. I offered to choose another color but was brushed off. By the next day I could see the color fading and by a few days later the color had changed to a pale pink. I tried to call but was put on hold multiple times. After reading previous reviews about how dissatisfied customers are treated, I decided to not even bother.

I hate this place. Why do you ask? Oh, let me tell you. They did a horrible job on my gel manicure. As you can see in the picture. I was irritated when they charged me for the take off of my gel polish. So, let me get this straight, you want to charge me for the gel polish you put on to take off?

Stopped in with my girlfriend to enjoy some RnR and ended up with a pedicure. And let me say that I thoroughly enjoyed every second it. As soon as you walk in, it’s very clean, modern, relaxing and they are very friendly. What I found surprising soothing was all of the pedicure chairs are located behind a glass water wall that shoots bubbles every ten seconds or so. Definitely adds to the relaxing ambiance.
Staff was very friendly and very good.
I’ve been to other nail salons in the area and this will probably be our go to spot in the future.

Let me start by saying I live in Central Phx — I drive to Gilbert to get my nails done by Apple.
She makes sure that you have exactly what you’re asking for. I had requested stiletto nails the first time I went to this salon and was pleased but not ecstatic. I came back for a fill and was seen by Apple. She immediately knew my nails were not exactly how I wanted them. She said «I’ll shape them for you and you will love them». She was right. I have gone back to her only for my fills. It’s worth the 35 minute drive!
