During our home renovation we discovered termite mud tubes. This really freaked me out. Trey came highly recommended to me by a few different neighbors. I had already called a couple different companies and was off put by their high pressure sales tactic and not very friendly attitude. I gave Trey a call and he was able to come out that day. He explained the treatment process and reassured me that my home would not come crumbling down around me. He is so personable and willing to answer any questions. His treatment comes with a guarantee and I can call him if I see any future problems and he will take care of it. I now feel safe and comfortable in my home. Thank you Trey for all your help!

Okay. I have seriously never felt inclined to write a review until now. I am single of mom of three little kids and last night I was putting them to bed and saw a baby scorpion on the wall above my daughters bed. I killed it and got my bug spray to spray around their room and within a couple of minutes I found another baby scorpion by her bed. I went downstairs a couple of minutes later and I saw a large scorpion downstairs. Since I saw 3 inside all within ten minutes I gathered my kids and left the house. I literally wanted to move and never go back in there. I searched on Unilocal and contacted Guaranteed Pest Control at 9 pm last night. Within MINUTES they had contacted me saying that would come to my home that night (it was 9 pm) and use a black light to hunt and kill all the scorpions and also spray the house… all for such a great price and no contracts. They literally saved me! I cannot be more grateful to them.

First of all let me say that Trey came out on a Sunday at last minute. Beyond what any other company I called would do! He came out did the work and explained everything he was doing! He’s a stand up guy and now I have a new pest control service for life. Thanks again!

I don’t do reviews very often but Guaranteed Pest Control and the owner, Trey, exceeded my expectations with service and customer satisfaction, I felt compelled to write a review. The first thing that impressed me was they do not require a contract but will work month by month. He also doesn’t charge a crazy double or triple rate for the first service which a previous company charged me. I am new to AZ so I was a little unfamiliar on pest control gimmicks and contracts. Guaranteed Pest Control does not have any gimmicks and you can tell they are genuine and sincere in trying to provide a great service to their customers at a fair price. I had trouble with communication from past companies not showing up as scheduled. Trey with Guaranteed stays in touch and shows up when he says he will be there. Dealing with Guaranteed Pest Control has been refreshing and positive and I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pest control service!

I am a dog groomer and had a client come in and drop a flea bomb on me! Three dogs totally infested with fleas. On a normal day I will let the dogs out in my runs so they can get plenty of exercise and wind down before we get started on their groom. These dogs had been in my runs all morning long and when I started on the first one, that was when I discovered the fleas. I brought in the other two and sure enough all three were so heavily infested with fleas that they were jumping onto my arms as I carried them to the tub. I immediately called guaranteed pest control and Trey was here within 45 minutes of my call! He not only saturated my runs, he did my house, my shop, my yard, and all around the perimeter of my location. I could have literally lost hundreds of dollars if I would have had to shut down to wait to have this taken care of. A loss like that would cripple my small business! Understanding the urgency of the matter, Trey handled it as if I was his only and most important customer! The peace of mind alone was a comfort that I sorely needed but Trey’s attitude, professionalism, and kindness were priceless! Without hesitation, I will refer this company to any and everyone that I meet :-)

This company is amazing. Trey has got the «best practices» of customer service down to a level of perfection. He calls before showing up. He takes care of the issue (s) then emails you a report and invoice. He then calls a few days later to verify that you are completely satisfied. I usually perform bug extermination myself, but this time I had a terrible, aggressive bee problem. No way could I deal with that! Unilocal reviews of Trey convinced me that he was the one to call and boy were they right. After experiencing the absolute top-​notch, very PROMPT service and INCREDIBLY REASONABLE PRICING, along with a 6-​month warranty, I cannot possibly imagine going anywhere else for my pest control needs. You shouldn’t, either. As a small business owner myself, I always try to «buy locally» anyways. In this case, Guaranteed Pest Control is the best choice, regardless of their location. I could ramble on all day about this company, but then you’d get bored and stop reading. So, just use Guaranteed, you will be very satisfied!

Amazing customer service. We were unable to use their services due to our very distant location but Trey answered all my questions. He was courteous and informative. Which is not the usual when you are not going to be an actual customer. Thank you so much!

My husband and I switched pest control companies after continuing to find earwigs, scorpions and spiders in our home. Having our 14 month old mobile and traveling around the house we needed to make sure he was safe. We called Guaranteed Pest Control and scheduled an appointment for the following weekend. It’s been about a year and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Reliable, honest and affordable!

I have used a few pest control companies in the past and have been less than satisfied. I called Guaranteed Pest Control in August and spoke to Trey regarding pest control and described to him the issues I have had with past companies. I am not hard to please, I just expect companies to stand by their word and show up on time. Trey and his company has been fantastic from the start. Whether it has been scheduling or service, they have been wonderful. I look forward to continuing to work with Guaranteed Pest Control.

Ok so we had the bugs come back that we were having issues with! Not nearly as many but some! I called trey up expressed my concerns about this and he blew me away again! He came back to my house really took the time to figure out what kind of bug it was (ants/​or termites) ahhhhhh. He resprayed my property and I couldn’t be any happier with his service! I will never look for another pest control company again!

Awesome service!
Trey was able to come to my home on the same day I called. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He carefully examined my home and quickly identified the type of roach that had taken up residence in my kitchen. With this information he was able to properly treat the area. I had no idea that different types of bugs only respond to specific treatments. There is no way I could have gotten rid of these bugs on my own.
I’m happy to say the roaches are gone.

I fund a huge scorpion last night in my closet and I’m really terrified of scorpions!!!
Trey went thru all my shoes and found it and killed for me.
They sprayed ALL my house inside and outside rigorously and give me a lot of pointers about scorpions.
He is coming back next week to seal my back yard walls!

I found Tray via google search after my 12 year old son had a most unwelcome guest in his bed… a scorpion!!! I called him at 8am on Labor Day. He was here at 11am. He was quick and thorough. I am very happy that I found him… and that he was so willing to come out with such little notice, and on a holiday. His fees are very reasonable as well! I’d much rather support a local independent business over a large chain. Great job, Tray! Thank you for restoring my son’s peace of mind and sense of security!

Trey was amazing! I am in town helping my pregnant sister prepare for her baby to be born and her dog got stung by a scorpion in the kitchen! Being hormonal and pregnant my sister freaked out and we started calling everyone in town to see if anyone would come out on a holiday weekend to spray. Sure enough Trey was super nice and came out that evening. He met us at home as soon as we got back from the emergency vet for my sister’s dog. Trey really went above and beyond!

We are new to the area and recently moved in. After calling several other pest control services i heard on the radio or that were recommended, I personally wasn’t very impressed. I came to Unilocal to read their reviews and was even more unimpressed. This is when I came across Trey and saw how impressed others were with his service.
I gave him a call and he seemed very knowledgeable. He started off by telling me a little bit about his background, his process, the products he uses and patiently answered a few of our concerns mainly about our small dog. After that, we were good to go. He was able to come out that same day and provide my initial service.
Once he arrived, on time, we chatted for a couple and he got right to work spraying the inside first, then the outside with a commercial sprayer which was mounted to a new, very professional looking truck. He also swept cob webs and excess debris from our walls and enclosures.
Since his initial service, he had killed at least one black widow in my garage and I haven’t seen any live bugs since within the home.
All in all, very professional, knowledgable, clean, and friendly. We look forward to continued quality service from Trey.

I recently bought my first house, one in the east Valley, after living in central Phoenix for three years. In Phoenix I never saw a single scorpion – in fact, the only places I’d ever seen one were in zoos!
I saw a couple dead ones in the spring after using a different exterminator company; however, that company just wasn’t particularly responsive and didn’t strike me as thorough. I had to do a lot of my own homework, I was so terrified of scorpions. The last straw was when they were supposed to come for a regular spray when I was out of town (they didn’t come).
After reading Guaranteed Pest Control’s Unilocal reviews and checking out their website, I gave Trey a call. Much to my delight, he was able to make time to come out later that day. He spent time with me on the phone and at my house patiently answering my never-​ending, stream-​of-​scorpion-​consciousness, ridiculous litany of questions. He sprayed inside my home, outside my home, and around the perimeter on my block fence. He even took the time to go all the way around my house, on the side where it gets into my neighbor’s side yard. (I don’t think the previous exterminator did this.)
On the next trip he’s even going to humor my anxiety by fogging the attic, though based on my descriptions he doesn’t think it’s needed (hey, I’m happy to pay for it if it makes me feel better!).
Things have improved since Trey’s been here. I make sure to have a good exterminator like Trey because what he does also kills other pests and bugs, which are scorpion food. If you aren’t doing that, you may as well be ringing the scorpion dinner bell.
Here’s what I’ve done:
Cinder block walls are scorpion hotels! Close ‘em up!
– if you have a block wall encircling your yard (most of us do), caulk up ALL the gaps. This means the vertical gaps between each cinder block, as well as the bigger gaps on the «I» blocks. This is not difficult… it took me a few tubes of caulk and a couple hours after work.
– paint your block wall. I bought 4 gallons of paint, grabbed a 1″ nap roller and paint extension pole. This took me one afternoon.
Remove debris in your yard
–Scorpions love any little thing they can hide under. Scour your yard for extra wood, tiles, junk, anything they could possibly hide under or in.
Seal your house
–Talk to Trey about sealing your house for scorpions. We’re talking stem wall, exhaust fans, under your kitchen/​bathroom sinks, etc.
–Have your exterior doors weather-​stripped really well, and install good sweeps on the bottom.
Scorpions just want food and water: don’t let ‘em have it!
–If you have plants, be sure to water them only the amount they need and no more. No extra water standing around in your yard!
–Don’t feed the scorpions! Hire Trey as your exterminator to kill the scorpions and what they eat.
Now I just have to figure out a way to tell my neighbors about Guaranteed Pest Control!
His pricing is better than the other company I was using, and I feel like I’m getting MUCH better service. If you need an exterminator, give Trey a call!

Trey came out the day after I called about my gopher problem and took care of my issues in one day. His fee was affordable and he offered and did extra pest control tasks for no extra charge. I waited a few weeks to see if the little devils returned but my plants are revived and thriving. I can’t express the relief I feel after trying to use different traps and causing more damage to myself than the Destructors (pocket gophers).
If only I had found him 3 years ago when I fist began designing my garden. We will use Trey for all our pest control issues. We loved his demeanor, intelligence and attitude. A really good man! Call him!

I’ve used quite a few different pest control companies, G.P.C. Was by far the most thorough service I have had as of now. They put the D.E. (Diatomaceous earth) By the door ways for extra scorpion protection, brushes all webs and dirt from areas that may attract pests. Sprayed inside and outside of the home, also the perimeter of the property. (With the big truck mounted system for the outdoors areas)
You will be pleased with this service. Can’t beat the price.
