History

Established in 2006.

When I sold my shares of the last business I was partnered in, Clear Concepts Windows and Doors in San Diego, California I began buying, remodeling, staging and flipping homes. I then bought a home in Arizona and repeated the same process. Now I have decided this is my passion and I started my own staging company” Homes By Design Staging.” I just completed a home in Phoenix where I organized and boxed up an entire home, retaining those items I knew I could use in the stage. Then the fun began and I staged the home for sale. The first weekend it went on the market we had five realtors scheduled to show it. I am expecting and hoping for a bidding war but a quick sale at a good price would be perfect — that’s what I’m here for.

Business Owner

Debra has designed, staged and sold numerous homes in three states over the past decade. She has finally decided to create a company that will empower her to change the lives of others with her designing talent and business experience. Debra was the co-​owner of a very successful business in California for nine years and grew that company from one location to three in 9 years. She has also been a very successful paralegal and personal assistant over the course of 20 years working with many companies to improve their bottom line.
