Together with his team, James Moyer specializes in first time home buyers, traditional sellers, investment properties, short sales and military relocation. Moyer is a graduate of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), which is an organization that is dedicating to furthering the knowledge of real estate professionals in certain core and technical subjects that they need to be able to provide the best possible service to customers everywhere.

Additionally, Moyer earned the (SFR) Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. This program is specifically designed to provide training to real estate professionals on the specifics of the short sale process including protecting buyers by limiting risk, negotiating with lenders for the absolute best possible results and more.

Moyer also completed the (MRP) Military Relocation Professional certification training. This program is designed for real estate professionals to work with military personnel and veterans to find housing solutions that best meet their needs and educate veteran home buyers on how to take full advantage of their military benefits.

James Moyer Group is a team of dedicated and highly trained real estate professionals who use both the Internet and advancements in mobile technology to market real estate listings in a unique and highly valuable way. The goal of James Moyer Group is to decrease the total number of days that a home will sit on the market in the Phoenix metro area. Every day that a home sits on the market unsold is a day that homeowner is losing money. James Moyer is dedicated to keeping that type of situation from happening.

Business Owner

James Moyer is a distinguished military veteran, having served in the United States Army from 1997 to 2002. During his time in the service he received a number of notable awards including both the Army Good Conduct Medal and the Army Achievement Medal. The Army Good Conduct Medal is awarded after the recipient has completed three consecutive years of service that is both honorable and faithful without any form of punishment or disciplinary actions. The Army Achievement Medal was given for meritorious service during the Roving Sands 2001 exercise.

In his spare time, Moyer enjoys everything that Mother Nature has to offer and engages in activities like hiking, mountain biking and working out.
