What would I have done if I did not meet Jeff and Pam. Jeff, is well versed in all construction. He not only put my house back together after a slab leak, but he discovered electrical issues that could have caused a fire in my kitchen, taught me about code throughout the process, and left my home infinitely better than when the flood happened.
But that is only the beginning. Jeff is also a businessman, with a college degree so he could go to bat for me with my insurance company. What does that mean? Several others that I had come look at the damage, said they couldn’t touch it for what the insurance was offering to pay and that I should get back with them after I win the fight with the insurance company. Jeff, assured me he could take care of it. He owns the exact software the insurance company uses to prepare the claim. So he deciphered the many calculation errors. The travertine was priced a low grade, when mine was a high grade, the squarefootage was off. The height of the ceilings was mis caluculated etc. The bottom line he got another $ 9000 to complete the project! It turned out beautifully. He has been patient and kind while working with me – while all six kids were home for the summer.
I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t found JPS Restoration. I wish I had known them from the beginning of the flood. Thank you Jeff and Pam!
