I recently moved back to the east valley and had no nail salon & all of my in-​laws recommended Kelly’s and I am so glad I decided to try them out! They did my nails for my wedding and I had called and wanted a specific color and they had it and the guy scheduled me with Quinn. She is awesome and so detailed! Quinn was out one day so I gave Jenny a try (my mom had her when we went to get our nails done for the wedding). Quinn and Jenny are both so wonderful at nails and so sweet! I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you ladies!

I am VERY picky when it comes to nail salons, I give them one chance and one chance only. If I don’t like the end result then I don’t come back. With that being said, I have been coming here for at least 2+ years now and I will continue coming back! Tom is the one I always make an appointment with for my acrylics and he does such an amazing job! He always makes sure that my nails are shaped perfectly and that I am happy with it before I leave. Daisy does a great job with my eyebrow wax too! Everyone here is super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place! Make an appointment with Tom, and you wont be disappointed. :)

LeeLee does a beautiful job with gel nails. Last time they lasted over two weeks! I have gone to Kelys for about 4 years, I am always pleased with their services! My daughter got a full set. they look fantastic!

My mom & I decided to go here on a Saturday morning & surprisingly it was not that busy. We wrote our names down & the lady on the front referred to my mom as the old one on Vietnamese. (Mind you, my mom speaks & understands Vietnamese) We let it slide & stayed anyways. My mom got a mani pedi & I got an acrylic full set. I had picked a color then right before putting it on they realized they didn’t have the color. So I had to repick my color. (Kinda annoying) The guy that did my nails, Dan, did a great job. He did not speak much, but that was fine with me. I wanted my nails almond shape & as Dan was doing it the owner chimed in saying that it was $ 5 extra for the shape. & I said yeah that’s fine. She then repeated herself to my mom bc clearly she did not believe me when I said it was okay. I thought that was extremely rude considering I am a 22 year old woman & I do not enjoy being talked to as if I am 12 & cannot afford an extra $ 5 cost. Overall I was pretty happy with my nails, but will not come back bc of the owner & all the disrespectful workers there talking crap about you in Vietnamese. There are a bunch of salons out there that will talk to you nicer then this one. Go somewhere else, unless you enjoy being talked about while they’re doing your nails.

Once again Kelly’s Nails delivers an amazing nail job! Both my toes and my nails have the cutest design on them. I always find my designs on Pinterest and they always deliver! My massage was amazing and there was no wait when I got there! I love this place! Thanks guys!!!

I recently moved from Chicago and have been looking for a new nail salon. I get a no chip (gel) manicure and a pedicure every 2 weeks and have been for A LONG time. I found Kelly Nail & Spa and tried it out yesterday. I was very pleased! They were busy but I didn’t have to wait long as they have LOTS of pedicure chairs and nail stations. Everyone there was friendly and the place was clean, which is a huge plus. I’m very picky about nail salons and this one is amazing. They even do some waxing services so I got my eyebrows waxed while I was there too. I brought my 3 year old daughter with me so she could get her nails painted and they loved having here there and did a great job with her nails as well.

This place is the McDonalds of nails spas, fast, shitty, and not worth it.
My nail tech as awful. The towel used to place my feet on was basically see through. My tech did not change towels to clean my nails. Instead he used the same towel with nail clippings and skin to dry my feet. He was aggressive with his tools and worked quickly.
He actually placed a tool in the dirty drawer and then pulled it out again when he was touching up my nails. I don’t know if it was that same tool he used on me or a tool used by the tech beside him who was working with the same tool box. It was gross, the water was cold and did not touch my ankles. The chairs was old and actually hurt. It was all around a waste of $$, especially for me since I was treating a friend.

I love coming here to get my nails done. I have been all over town and Kelly’s is by far the best in quality and price. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and smiling, they all speak English and don’t talk behind your back which can be common in nail salons. The salon is super clean, I’ve never had a bad experience with manicures or pedicures. They are really awesome at designs too!!! I will continue to come here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for «the place» to go.

It’s taken me months (about 6 actually) to find a nail salon that lives up to my OCD expectations. I’ve been here twice now, and both times my expectations were surpassed. I’ve had a different tech for each service and each were pleasant and efficient as well as a perfectionist. I’m in the middle of my pedicure as I review, but so far so good. I’ll probably even get my eyebrows waxed here on my next visit. Now that’s trust!

Best nail salon in the area! They do an amazing job and give exactly what you want. Good customer service and no long waits. Recommend!

This was my second time here at kelly nails, I got a normal mani-​pedi which were both AMAZING! The entire thing took over 2 hours even on a busy Sunday morning. I made an appointment for 10 am which is when they open. I was very glad I did because by 10:30 all the pedicure chairs were full and all the employees except for the guy that was checking people in, had clients. I showed my nail tech a picture of the design I wanted and she NAILED it!!! I would highly recommend this salon but make sure you make an appointment especially if you want to go on the weekend.

I love Kelly’s! So glad I found this place. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job. Amy and Kelly are both amazing. I’ve had my nails done by most everyone there and never been disappointed. Pedis are always top notch. Lemonaid (spelled that way on purpose) is my fave. :)

I would first like to say that Kevin is an amazing nail artist! I am really happy with the outcome. This was the first time I had been to the salon and the first time getting almond shaped nails. It was a distance from where I live and the place was full with clients .but it was totally worth the drive and wait! I have finally found a place where I am happy with the outcome of my nails.

Love this nail spa. Kelly and her team are attentive and friendly, and create a warm, clean, sanitary environment to enjoy alittle pamper time in. Warning they are busy on the weekends so coming early when they open is recommended.

I have been going to Kelly Nail for years and should have written this review a long time ago!
I love this place! They do an excellent job and everyone is so friendly! My go to person is Tammy but sometimes I’m only available to go on a Monday and I have to use someone else do my nails. Anyone else I have used has always done a good job.
They treat my girls like family and spoil my six year daughter rotten! :)
They have become quite busy and without an appointment especially on the weekends you could potentially wait quite awhile.
I highly recommend getting one of their «specialty» pedicures. 100% worth the extra cost.

I came here with high expectations due to previous reviews of the place. Upon walking in on a Saturday afternoon the place was fairly packed and they were very accommodating in getting me in within 10 to 15 minutes which was nice.
I gave this place 3 stars because I walked out with a nail job that I did not love… My two ring fingers have glitter on them which is what I wanted, but the way she applied the glitter made the gel nail polish very thick. Two of my nails look weird and lumpy due to the way the glitter was applied.
Overall the place is just ok. I had high expectations going in but overall experience didn’t leave a lasting impression on me. I will continue my search for a nail salon in Gilbert.

Had a super great experience today. I was a walk in about 2:30 pm on Monday.
I got a pedicure and did the $ 23, basic pedicure, but in the middle of it, I wanted something else done to make my feet smoother, which cost an additional $ 7, which was fine. I don’t know the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but she did awesome.
The lady that did it before (end of November) did an alright job, but she ended up hurting my left big toe and it caused it to bleed. At that time, for my first pedicure in a long time, my big toe was in pain for nearly a week. But, the pedicure lasted for pretty much 2 months and the pain after a week subsided and I did not get an infection or anything.
I think she was just trying to make it look better, like I’m thinking my feet were a cuticle mess and she was trying to clean it up and ended up making it bleed and then it got worse. But, I’m pretty sure she didn’t mean it.
I saw her when I was getting my pedicure today and she was very nice to me, acknowledging me, but I was glad she wasn’t doing my pedicure today, as nice as she is. But, if in the future, I would allow her to do a pedicure again because before that pedicure, it had been a few years since I had a pedicure, so she was working with a mess.
And now I plan on getting pedicures either monthly or within 4 – 8 weeks.
Anyway, the woman that gave my pedicure, long black hair, was doing a good job and it seemed like when someone would hurt, she wouldn’t go at it that hard. But, she did a very thorough job at sanding down my feet and making them softer and cleaning the cuticle areas.
I’m guessing my pedicure took maybe 1.25 hr or around that time. I am 100% satisfied. Communication with her was a little hard because I don’t think she spoke hardly any English or I just wasn’t understanding. But that’s not an issue.
Then, Amy did my eyebrow wax and it looks fantastic. This was quick and I was sad that V doesn’t work there anymore. Only V and Amy have worked on my brows and they both do a good job. The brow wax was $ 12.
I think at sometime in the next month, I will probably take my daughter to get her brows done and a nice pedicure.
Another great experience.

I stopped in the salon while my car was being serviced. It is a clean and I was quickly assisted. I was happy with the attention to detail for my manicure and loved that they allowed me to sit and relax for my pedicure. I hate when I go to other salons and they start the pedicure before I am really settled.
I will be a returning guest for sure!

I didn’t have to wait for my pedi and gel mani. They were very nice and engaging. The only reason I’m taking two stars away is the paint job on my gel mani was rushed and the price at the end was higher than expected.
This is your salon if you want to overpay for an okay job.
