Kids Learn Coding

Specialties

We provide kids ages 8 and above, the opportunity to learn computer programming. Kids meet with instructors once or twice a week for one hour at our location in Gilbert, AZ. They are first introduced to some computer programming fundamentals. As a next step, they may choose one of two tracks to learn programming languages such as C, Java, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, jQuery etc. Using what they learn, kids may design websites and even create mobile apps. Besides these technology skills, KLC instructors encourage analytical thinking, innovation and experimentation. Teamwork and collaboration are also at the heart of KLC interaction as kids learn programming in teams. KLC conducts classes during after-​school hours at the Western Skies Business Center (Gilbert Rd. & Lindsay Rd.).

History

Established in 2015.

With a hands-​on approach to teaching, at KLC, kids learn coding by doing. Our team brings over 45 years of combined experience in working and training in computer programming and information technology industry. Our instructors hold masters degrees, and several certifications in technology and IT Service management, apart from bringing a strong passion to work with and teach kids. Our instructors encourage kids to think logically and analytically and provide them with individualized attention during instruction and practical lab work.
