Worst insurance company ever! They don’t allow you to update/​make an endorsement through them, you have to go to your broker/​agent in my case my broke moved to another city so I had to drive 45 min to add a driver to my policy and on top of that pay 50 $ to the broker for the endorsement plus a 38 $ to Legacy for adding him, this is a joke. I asked to speak to a manager because they were charging me money just for updating my zip code when they are the ones who made the mistake and put a number wrong, and when I updated it the lady from costumer service did not tell me anything about it until I got a bill to my house that is when I called and they transferred me to the underwriting supervisor which was very rude and just told me that is how Legacy works, just so many things I decided to cancel my insurance with the. They have the worst costumer service ever!!! Do not go with this company.

I’m completely frustrated and disappointed. Their client completely ruined the right side of my car, and it is unquestionably his fault, which he admitted to. However, this insurance agency will not provide me with any wholesome answers. The accident occurred almost three weeks ago and they still have not given me an estimate of what they’ll pay for in repairs. Impossible to reach the employee assigned to my case as well, never answers her phone. I’ve never been in an accident so I’m sort of just asking for instructions on what I should do next, such as take it in myself and get an estimate etc, and they only tell me to wait for them to do this and that before I take it in or they won’t pay for anything. Come on, three weeks. It took a full 7 days for anyone to even call for my statement, and they only did after I talked to my insurance agency and they contacted them. At this rate, it will be well over a month before my car is even in the shop for estimates. I’m only asking that they stop dragging their feet and handle my case in some sort of timely manner. Or at least answer my phone calls please.
