Both my Garage door and opener needed replacing. I called MasterCraft and within hours Johnathan came out. Within minutes Johnathan gave me a quote and a full explanation of the quote. He answered my questions and was very professional and courteous. Jonathan was at my house the very next day and installed a new door and opener. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with my now very quiet and properly working garage door. I would definitely recommend MasterCraft Garage door service!!!

I’m usually horrible at remembering to write a review, but I definitely didn’t want to forget on this one. One of our garage door springs broke. I called MasterCraft at 10:09am and my door was fixed, including a preventative maintenance by 11:15am the same day. Granted, this was slight luck with someone finishing a job near my area right around the time that I called, but truly exceptional service in my opinion. Corey came and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and he got right to work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Would definitely recommend this company to others! Our old garage door opener was extremely LOUD and would basically rattle the house when the garage door would open. It started making an even LOUDER noise, so I found this company on Unilocal.The technician was Jonathan and he explained that my opener was under-​powered for lifting a double door, but that it was still working, despite the loud noise. However, he explained it would eventually fail because of what was happening. I appreciated his honesty, but I did not want the opener to fail randomly because then I would have to call them out again to replace it and I’m sure it would have failed at an inopportune time! I decided to have him install a new ½ horsepower LiftMaster unit utilizing the coupon I found here on Unilocal.I am so glad I did! The new unit is whisper quite, doesn’t rattle the house, and is not struggling to lift our double garage door. New unit was installed quickly, and Jonathan serviced every part of our garage door while he was here, including the spring and wheels. Great experience all around!

Tech that came out was Jonathan, he did a great job installing our new LiftMaster opener, he was a few minutes early, did quality work, and knows the product line extremely well. Jonathan also inspected the other components of our garage door and gave me some advice on maintenance to prolong the life of the springs.
Would I recommend this company to friends and family? Absolutely… I already have. Last week one of my boss’ garage door openers started to malfunction and I gave him MasterCraft’s number and site link.

Jonathan was my technician and he was great. I had a wiring issue with the Garage door. He made sure that the wiring was fixed, checked our other two car garage as well, lubricated and checked the springs on the garage door. Everything is working great and it was a reasonable fee for all the services.

We have used these guys several times on two rental properties we own in the Chandler area. Excellent service, great pricing and very honest company. A technician arrived less than an hour after I called! He quickly inspected the door and let us know that the spring was broken. He replaced the spring in less than an hour. He was kind, polite and courteous. We found MasterCraft Doors here on Unilocal.

We used Mastercraft to replace the top panel of our garage doors as the window molding had aged and cracked and the glass panes were falling out. They came out quickly to do a quote. Their quote was reasonable and comparative to other companies. They explained thoroughly the pros and cons of getting a new garage door versus just replacing the top panels. Each time I called them to ask questions or to get information, they answered the call personally. The reason we chose them was that they were quick, friendly, and easy to work with. They ordered our part and came out two days later to install the new panels. The work was done in less than half a day, including paint matching. The doors look great, and we are very happy with them. If we ever need our garage door repaired again, I will definitely call Master Craft Garage Doors.

Gave me quote over the phone for a broken spring and were out the next day. Another installer was in the area and had a little down time so he swung by to help. Both men were very courteous and knowledgable. Took the time to explain what they were doing and gave me tips on how to extend the life of the garage door. Good work!

Excellent company. Ended up choosing these guys over a competitor in Gilbert due to their excellent ratings, and they did not disapppoint. Stuart the owner handled the quote, scheduling, and answered all my questions via e-​mail which was perfect for my hectic work schedule. We had the appointment set for less than 48 hours after contact. Stuart even negotiated with me on a rate, based on a quote I had received elsewhere. Eric was the technician who called 10 minutes prior to arrival and showed up at exactly my appointment time. He knew the work order and what needed to be done, explained everything after the installation and made sure I knew the ins and outs of my new opener. He was very thorough and did not rush. Great service!

I called MasterCraft after seeing them on Unilocal and I’m so glad I did. We just bought a house and the guy wanted an opener unit on our 3^rd garage door. They were able to get me an appointment for Saturday (I called on a Thursday afternoon), and Jonathan actually was able to come early because someone else cancelled (their loss!). He called first to find out if it was ok to come by early. When he arrived he was patient and waited for my fiancé to come back from an errand he was running (since he was the decision maker on the garage situation anyway).
He recommended that we replace the two exiting units as they’re from about 1999, but we decided to hold off a bit because we just moved in, but it’s a definite possibility that we will in the near future. Jonathan tuned up the existing openers and explained why the clicker we bought wouldn’t work with the existing units (or the new one, it turns out). We will definitely call MasterCraft back when we’re ready to replace the other two units.

5-​star all the way. In the past couple of months since we’ve been in this house we were working on bigger projects and as long as the old opener was working, we’d deal with it. But it was really flaky and would sometimes stick halfway down and the sensor wasn’t working to stop it if something was in the way, and when you’re moving, something is always in the way. I also found myself out in the driveway with my arm out the window doing contortions to get the damn opener to kick in and open the damn door. So frustrating. I was starting to think it was the metal plate in my head.
Well, enough was enough, and I called MasterCraft this week and it was smooth sailing. Everything from scheduling, to our tech, Jonathan, to Nigel in the office taking care of the payment. Easy as could be. And now we have a nice new opener so I don’t have to alienate my new neighbors anymore by sitting out in the driveway cussing. The new one will open when I’m way down the block! How nice is that?
Jonathan really took his time explaining the new opener and its features and answered all my questions. We also talked about options for doors if we ever decide to replace one of those. Overall I could not be happier. I feel bad that I had reached out to 2 other companies (who never got back to me) before calling MasterCraft. Don’t even waste time. Just call these guys.

The Sunday night before Presidents’ Day, we heard a loud crash. We didn’t realize what it was until the following morning when we were trying to leave the house — our garage door spring broke in two. After looking at a few reviews on Angie’s List and Unilocal,we found Mastercraft. We decided to call them first because they had so many favorable reviews. We called them around 9am and they were able to get us on the schedule that day between 12−2pm — the tech actually arrived around 11:45am! Eric was great and very knowledgeable. He gave us some advice about some of the issues we had with our garage door and gave us estimates on getting a replacement in the future. I’ve already passed on their name to a couple of friends who are also having issues with their garage doors!

Fast, polite, efficient and never once gave me the impression that I was being sold something that I didn’t absolutely need. Also appreciate when a service professional shakes my hand at the end, sure… it’s simple, but it’s respectful and I liked it. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service!
