Herb is above and beyond amazing. The actual owner is the one who comes out and cleans your carpet. We bought a new house and the stuff he pulled out of the carpet is insane. While he was cleaning the carpets, our electrician was also here. After Panda left, the electrician told us that he has seen numerous carpet cleaners and that he has NEVER seen anyone clean carpets so thoroughly. Amazing. I can’t say it enough. Please– call them. You won’t regret it!

Herb did an amazing job cleaning our WHITE tile. We have two active dogs that constantly track dirt into the house and over time had turned out white tile a brownish color. After Herb was done cleaning our tile it looked brand new again, bright white tile and gray grout! Very professional and cares about his work. Will definitely have Herb clean out tile the next time it needs it.

LOVED Herb! The owner is the actual technician that comes to clean your carpets. He is very nice, clean, and super helpful. It can be a little scary having random people come into your home but I felt very safe and comfortable with him. He takes his time, doesn’t rush the job, and makes sure it gets done right. Herb’s professionalism shines while onsite as well. He makes sure to take care of your house like it were his own. I really do appreciate his kindness, UTMOST professionalism, and great service. Herb did an OUTSTANDING job and I would recommend him in to anyone who needed carpet cleaning service.

Herb was amazing. He provided a price quote via email and followed up with a phone call to talk through his process. We used Panda to clean the carpets of the rental we moved out of. The carpet looked cleaner than when we moved in (not sure who did the cleaning before, it wasn’t very good). Herb was flexible and accommodating to our schedule, and called when he arrived, and when he completed the job. The pricing is very competitive for a full truck based cleaning system — this ain’t some guy w/​a portable cleaning machine you can get for $ 70. This is a quality cleaning.

Panda did a great job not only cleaning my carpets and baseboards for a very reasonable price but also were great about working me in before Christmas (have family coming in) and accommodating my work schedule (I work from home). Herb was very professional, worked very efficiently and made sure I was satisfied with the results. The fans they use to help dry the carpets allowed me to use my office that same morning! I will definitely use Panda again!
