Can’t say enough good things about Phend and Clint. Clint came out to fix some clanking pipes that other contractors had said were unfixable without some major and expensive repairs. Clint was incredibly thorough about diagnosing the problem and was creative enough to come up with a totally «non-​invasive» and inexpensive solution to the problem. Super honest, super helpful, super friendly. Thumbs up!

I was in need of a plumber and looked on line to find one. Unilocal was the best search with the most reviews. I typed in plumber in Gilbert and Phend was on of the companies that came up. I read the reviews and decided to go with Phend. Pete was our plumber and he happens to be the owner. He was early by 5 minutes and was extremely friendly. I showed him where our issue was and he was on the problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues within a half hour. One was a super easy fix and he didn’t charge us for it. Their price was very reasonable and Pete did a great job. I would use them again in a heart beat and will tell all of my friends about Phend.
Please believe the good reviews, they are not just hype. They have earned the 5 star rating!

Phend came out to my house on New Years Eve to replace a part on my shower. Pete was prompt, courteous and very quick. Did a great job and will definitely call him again.

I called Peter on the Thanksgiving Friday and altho he couldn’t send anyone that day he was kind enough to give me some advice and an «over the phone» idea of what a good price would be for the service we needed. It turned out we used him anyway the following MONDAY and they were great! Very friendly and professional! Hope I don’t need him… but now I have my Plumber!

Had to have Clint come out for a backed up drain. Stephanie in the office is amazing — easy to talk to in a crisis situation– and Clint arrived early and walked me through the entire process and next steps. Great customer service at an affordable price and No more problems with a backed up drain. I would much rather support a local Gilbert business than a big box over priced plumber. These guys are my go to and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thanks Phend!!!

Put a call in before business hours but got an answer. They were early, professional and able to get the problem fixed. This was the second plumber we called off of Unilocal and wished it was the first. Came in under budget despite being a bigger problem than originally thought. Clint from Phend was able to get the kitchen back in order in 2 hours and took careful precision cuts so I could repair the drywall easier. Highly recommended

Only good things to say about Phend Plumbing! We’ve had a couple of their guys out to our house replacing and fixing different things for us and they do quality work! Their techs are knowledgeable and friendly :) They’re a good honest company with a price you can’t beat for great service!

I called Phend Plumbing after having one of their local competitors out to assess a leak in my supply line. The first company came out at the direction of AHS home warranty, after explaining that the leak wasn’t covered (which was legit) they estimated the repair to cost between $ 700-​$ 900. After I spoke with their tech, I got the feeling that they were trying to capitalize on my denied claim. I immediately got on Unilocal,checked out reviews on the ‘other guys’ and immediately confirmed my suspicions.
This is where Phend comes in… After reading several of their 5-​star reviews on Unilocal I called, spoke with their assistant and within 24 hours the repair tech Clint showed up and repaired the leak within an hour! To say the least, the scope of work and total cost were considerably less than the ‘other guys’ quotes!
I would recommend Clint and Phend Plumbing without hesitation!

This plumber is awesome! He gave me a quote, but then when he came out and did the work, he actually charged me less because it took him less time than he thought! I would use him again for sure!

We just moved into a new basement house and had the pump alarm go off. After a while it seemed to catch up, but we had house guests coming and we needed to know if they could use the basement facilities. We had no clue what to do, or what to expect, but I got a recommendation for Phend pluming.
Pete came out and took a look. He was patient and professional. He educated me on how the system works and that the vacancy might have caused a small issue, but made sure things were functioning now, and recommended what I should do to keep things running. It’s been a week and things are looking good.

My 92 year old mother’s shower head dripped all night and, unfortunately, the drain became clogged. The bathroom was flooded by morning when it was discovered. I called Pete at 7am and he was out by 8 am. Not only did he clear the problem, but he quickly and efficiently took care of a couple other plumbing problems while he was there! He was so nice, knew exactly what he was doing, and his bill was very reasonable! I would highly recommend this plumber!

I used them for a slab leak and pipe burst. Not only were they prompt and professional they also went above and beyond to get my home back to operational. They will come highly recommended to everyone I know. The price was more than fair.

Big shout out to Phend Plumbing and Rooter, LLC who did the install of my kitchen faucet. I was calling some locals and was getting crazy rates for the work and some didn’t even have the credentials nor were they registered with BBB as is Phend plumbing. I got Phend plumbings number as a referral from a major plumbing supply store and I am extremely happy with the work. They were on time, professional, friendly, neat, clean, and very reasonably priced. I will make them my first call from this point forward. I highly recommend these guys

We are trying to sell a 2-​story quadplex apartment unit… I get a text message at 6:30 am from one of the downstairs tenants that water is leaking through their vent from upstairs. Really? Who wants to get this news? I call one guy and he isn’t available. then I call the realtor selling unit and he tells me to call Pete Phend and that he’s «awesome»… uh huh… we’ll see.
So I call and explain the problem. He indicates he or Jesse would be onsite by noon (3 hour response time) and asks if that is acceptable. I tell him it is and hope to see by 4pm ;)
They call when they are 1 hour out and are onsite by noon (very nice!) Jesse indicates he will need to cut a 2 foot hole in the ceiling and tells me he thinks it will be a drainage issue and a not a burst pipe issue. I authorize him to cut the hole and sure enough… the toilet seal from upstairs is out of whack and the bolts are loose and flushed water is going over the wax ring (I won’t give any more details about the flushed water ;)
He tells me what it’ll cost to fix and that he can do it right now if I authorize. I do and within a hour everything is fixed. Water is back on… Tenants are happy and the pocketbook is lighter… but only a little lighter… it was a VERY FAIR and reasonable price.
These guys rock. I will use them again if I have any problems or need anything installed!

Phend plumbing is the best. Any time we feel panic or worry about our water or pipes, we know who to call.
Most recently, I was worried that I was having a leak in my ceiling. Pete came out the same day, and explained what was actually happening (no leak, whew!) Pete is always on time, and generally comes out the same day that I call. The best thing is that he’s always honest. He takes time to explain how thing work, why or why not a repair might be needed, and I never feel like his fees are unfair.
We’ve used Phend plumbing for years now, at multiple houses, and he’s always been professional and courteous, taking time to help us understand each situation. His understanding of homes and plumbing is of top notch, which is a great comfort to us non-​plumbers.
And guess what, our whole extended family uses Phend Plumbing, too — my parents, my sister, and even our cousins call Pete. We refer him to all of our friends when they’re looking for a plumber, and he treats everyone that we refer to him as if they were his own family. I highly recommend him for any time you need a plumber. You won’t be sorry.
