Keira is with not one doubt the BEST (and her hubby) when it comes to grooming any dog. The couple has become legendary in California and will greatly miss them. Our beloved KC (dog) only loves Keira because she has a way of relaxing our dog. If your 4 paw family member is sensitive please call Keira and give her a chance. Her work is stress free, the couple will arrive to your home. Then the magic begins! KC always came back looking like a movie star and smelling like grapes.
The prices are reasonable for the quality that your precious 4 paw creature will be receiving.
Last but not least Keira and her hubby will always be one of my favorite ppl in my book for pet care. I wish you all the best.

INCREDIBLE!!! I’ve never taken any animal to a groomer, and this was just an incredible experience. They were my 5^th or 6^th groomer I had left messages for and the ONLY one to return my call in a timely manner. Ben was very nice over the phone and we set the appointment, which another company did call me back, but their next opening wasn’t for another 55 days; Primp my Pet got it done in 48 hours. Kiera came to my workplace and right off the bat you could tell how much she absolutely loves doing what she is doing. Incredibly enthusiastic, all around awesome person.
Oh yeah, the dog looked great too!

This was an amazing experience — so amazing that this is my first Unilocal review.
I have a 14 year old shepherd/​husky mix (we call her a ShuskyHeppard) who has old dog syndrome and I was afraid to take her to her standard groomer. We almost lost her 3 months ago and I was afraid she might get nervous and have another seizure if she was stressed.
My daughter found Primp My Pet on Unilocal and read me the reviews. They sounded amazing — so amazing that I was doubtful they could fit me in. Yesterday, by some stroke of luck, they had a cancellation.
The rig showed up and made quite a statement. I’m in marketing so I love the messaging and the colorful graphics. Ben took Lilly into the beautiful «Primpmobile» (clean and airconditioned) and 2 hours later emerged a youthful 14 year old beauty! She was so clean and happy that I think she is still smiling.
I know every day is a gift to us with Lilly and I thank Ben for making her one happy girl!

Our morkie Mr. Perry absolutely loves primp my pet. They are very nice, they go above and beyond and are always very accommodating to our schedules. It’s very important that our little man has groomers he loves and likes. Thank you for the great service

Kiera and Ben are awesome and I wouldn’t trust my three dogs with anyone else. They are genuine when it comes to loving dogs, and always do a fantastic job. What I love to see is how my dogs react when they come. They don’t necessarily love to get groomed, but they can’t help themselves and run up to enthusiastically greet Kiera and Ben every time they come. I can feel their energy say, «well we really love you guys and if we have to get groomed to hang out with you, so be it.»

I have an adopted miniature poodle who has a large poodle attitude. She has been described as difficult, obnoxious, and a jerk. It is impossible to find a groomer to handle her until Primp My Pet came along. They transformed my shabby little companion into a pampered princess with a face that smells like blue berries. I can not give a higher recommendation!

I have been using Primp My Pet Mobile Spa for almost 2 years and can’t compliment Ben and Keira enough on their professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly the LOVE they have for my 4-​legged children. Now, both my cat and dog get regular spa treatments from Primp My Pet Mobile Spa. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. Stop looking elsewhere! Ben and Keira are your go to pet stylist!

Primp my Pet is the BEST. They somehow make grooming time fun for the animals, I think it’s because Ben and Kiera legitimately love the pets they groom and love what they do and you know, animals can sense that sort of thing. I moved to downtown LA and I still make the 2-​hour drive to OC every 6 weeks to bring my dogs to Primp my Pet. They used to hate the groomer but now we all look forward to visiting Ben and Kiera :)

Kiera and Ben are so passionate about what they do and it shows. They just love dogs and are such kind people. They are very artistic and can make the dogs look adorable.
I would recommend them to anyone.

As these people refuse to take any new clients, what is the point of having them I here?

I found Kiera and Ben (the darling couple) while looking for a mobile pet grooming service in Newport about 10 months ago. I am super picky and very protective of my little «Coton» as she is shy and was getting frustrated with groomers that leave her in a cage, take too many dogs, and cage dry (awful).
I always feel confident when my «Bella» is with them. They are always on time or text to let me know how far away they are. Kiera does a fantastic cut always making my dog look adorable. Ben and her both are so nice and I never question anything. They are so great and I am blessed to find them.
I really wanted to keep this a secret but it is too good to be true.
Hope they will stay around forever!

I know that I shouldn’t be doing this, as well as giving 5 stars again as I am afraid the secret will get out and others will discover what a wonderful company and couple they are! So please, please! Keep it a secret! I only want them for myself and my two dogs Molly and Maggie (Malti-Poo’s)
Honestly, they are fantastic! and I hope they don’t get brunt out by being over whelm with business. They are «genuine cute» couple with a professional demeanor (tough to find that now a days) and wonderful attitude. (they love all animals, and they even groom birds, who knew? They do)
Today they came out during the time stated (they will always call you if they are running a little late, heck I don’t care, (now a days it’s tough to get anybody who is decent to come out at all, let alone calling back at all…24hr Yellow Pages Plumbers are your hearing that ! ???)
Our dogs looked and smelled wonderful, and as Husband I had this on my
«Honey Do List» of things to do today. I will be not in the dog house to night!

I have been trying to find a great groomer for our three furry kids, but to no avail… until I had Primp My Pet come to our home yesterday. They arrived within the time frame we had discussed. The owners are not only adorable and personable but I discovered very quickly they absolutely love what they do! My golden, pug, and Maltese have never looked better or been happier after their grooming. I will recommend Primp My Pet to anyone! I just hope they never get too busy to accommodate our puppies!

These people are amazing!!! My old dog groomers changed owners and really started to suck so I was on a mission to find the beat one I could and these two. are it. They were so good, they came to my work even and had my dog finished before my lunch was over. They were just amazing my dog is clean and smells good and that’s hard for having a 60 pound pit-​mix but they did amazing I will from now on only use them and did I mention they were by far the nicest people that I have ever encountered anywhere. And to top it all off they actually like animals so it just made it that much better. But I will always use them from now on I definitely recommend you give them a try

My dog Marley has been primped by them for a year now. The moment he sees them his tail wags like crazy and he can’t wait to go up to them. The service is outstanding, they clearly love what they are doing and Marley is happy as can be. He trusts them totally and they have a true bond. Can’t imagine taking him anywhere else

I had to write a review simply because the service he received exceeded or expectations in every way! Keira and Ben groomed my pom puppies last night and all I can say is wow! I didn’t think my boys could get any cuter…

I LOVE Primp My Pet Mobile Spa! They are very sweet with my animals and the prices are more than reasonable for this type of service. You can tell that the groomers really care for the animals and that they are not just rushing through the groom. They always do a thorough job that you cannot find at other places. I highly recommend them!

Kiera and Ben were wonderful with Phoebe. From the moment they greet you warmly at your door to giving us the necessary updates, I was truly satisfied with their service. Phoebe was looking really scraggly and they transformed her. She smelled fantastic too! Thank you so much guys!!!

just used their services to bathe and shave/​groom my Australian Sheppard mix and trim my parrotlet’s wings, and they are absolutely wonderful, sweet, and professional and thorough. My dog looks and smells amazing, and they were very gentle with my parrotlet. Would recommend their services to anyone!

Both of our doggies had their spa day with Primp My Pet today. We are so pleased with the extensive care, pampering and attention to details on each dog. The two dogs look fabolous, smell fabulous and are are so clean! I’ve gone to many many groomers and I’ve been very disappointed each time! Finally a pair who takes pride in each fur customer they encounter! We will for sure be back and refer to our friends who have fur kids.
