Ryan P.

Business Owner

As the Designated Broker of Raintree Properties, Ryan is in charge of legal compliance and takes the reputation of Raintree Properties very seriously. Primarily focused on sales and the needs of his clients, Ryan is also involved in the day-​to-​day management of the company as well as agent training, and strategic company development.

A native of Arizona, Ryan has stories of growing up in the Chandler Ocotillo area and his first job scrubbing clubs at the Ocotillo Golf Club. He remembers when it was still in the middle of farm fields, and miles from the nearest store. He credits that small community atmosphere for fostering many of the tight friendships he has to this day. Ryan is a big sports fan, and true to his Arizona roots, likes Sun Devil Football, the Phoenix Suns, and the Arizona Cardinals. Now living in neighboring Gilbert, Ryan likes spending his free time at get togethers for his family and friends (dogs are always welcome too!), and when possible, camping and fishing.
