History

Established in 2011.

With a background in Construction, Dan Porter got his real estate license to sale his own properties. In the process of flipping his own properties, Dan realized how much he loved selling real estate and making a difference in this industry. Dan established RE/​MAX Solutions in January of 2011 from a passion to create an environment for real estate agents to come and feel comfortable to do business. Integrity, honesty and a culture of hard work with a little bit of play is what RE/​MAX Solutions is all about. Experience the Difference!

Business Owner

Dan began working in construction from a teenager sweeping out homes doing cleanup work to working on a framing crew. After working as a Warranty Supervisor in new home construction, Dan started his own company in 1996 doing pressure washing. In 1997 he got his general contractors license and began building custom homes along side of his pressure washing business. In 2003, a stone and brick masonry division was created which included the supply and installation of other exterior elements on homes such as shutters, siding and decorative corbels. As the economy and production of single family homes declined in 2008, Dan started buying and flipping homes which led him down the path of getting a real estate license to sale his own properties. His passion for real estate expanded and in January of 2011, he established RE/​MAX Solutions in Gilbert Arizona. Today, Dan is Owner and Designated Broker at RE/​MAX Solutions and is still a licensed General Contractor.
