This is the best place in the SW United States. They have a great program and attentive to your health. Chiro adjustment, massage and back decompression combo, can’t get any better. Dr. Taylor adjust you right the first time, no going back multiple times like a lot of chiropractors.

Over the last three years the team of people at the Spine and Disc Center of AZ have helped me change my life!
Here is my story. Based on advice and guidance from my family doctor I started a diet and minimal exercise and lost over 50 pounds in the latter part of 2009 and the beginning of 2010. In April of 2010 I over exerted myself and ended up suffering from a severely herniated disc that affected my lower back and a nerve that ran down through my knee. After months of extreme pain the chiropractic care from a different facility helped me fully recover. I decided at that point I never wanted to experience pain like that again if I could help it.
I had been going to various chiropractic facilities in Chandler and Mesa in an attempt to ensure I didn’t have a second reoccurrence.
In the latter part of 2012 my wife got me a Groupon for the Spine and Disc Center here in Gilbert. On my first visit I immediately liked the facility, Dr. Taylor, the staff and the style of chiropractic care provided.
After an examination, discussing my herniated disc and the situation surrounding my injury Dr. Taylor recommended a chiropractic and massage therapy program to suit my needs. Dr. Taylor also asked if I would be interested in some strength training to stabilize and strengthen my core and legs. He explained that it would greatly reduce the chances of re-​injuring my herniated disc. This all makes perfect sense once it was explained to me. It was obvious to me that Dr. Taylor liked to help people focus on preventing an injury as much as helping people with the treatment of one.
It has been almost three years now and through minimal chiropractic maintenance, massage therapy, strength training and Fascia stretching by the Spine and Disc Center team, I feel fantastic! I am as fit now as I was 30 years ago when I got out of the U.S. Army!
In addition to the great chiropractic care provided the Spine and Disc Center has excellent massage therapists and personal trainers on staff to help people not only treat injuries but prevent them as well.
I highly recommend this facility if you want to change your life for the better!

This is a really neat chiropractic office. First of all the doc is really down to earth and approachable but more than that so is the entire staff. The office manager Charity is friendly helpful kind. The massage therapist are all especially good at their craft. And unique to this office they have an on-​site gym where you can get your workout on or do some physical therapy. It really is a one stop shop and I love coming here. I’ve been a patient since 2012 and will continue to come here. They’re fantastic.

Dr. Taylor and his staff are amazing! I was in a car accident and was feeling hopeless until I started rehab here. He took the time to talk to me and understand my condition. He helped me with alignment and then I would get a massage after. The massage therapists were wonderful and helped me feel so relaxed during this stressful part of my life. As I finished rehab, Dr. Taylor set me up with Kimberly to workout with a few times a week. I have never met with such an encouraging personal trainer before. She was like a friend and at the same time knew how to push me to my goals and get me back to where I was before the accident.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here. Got dragged along with a friend and decided to get an adjustment myself! The doctor was extremely professional, and I left feeling amazing! The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the establishment was very clean! Will be calling in a few minutes to make another appointment to keep my back feeling great! Highly recommend going here.

I too, came here with a Groupon to check out this establishment and see if spine decompression was a fad or something for me. I must say that they treated me very nicely and with all curtesy even if I came in on a Groupon.
Enough about the Groupon. The treatment was good, and if it was closer I might have became a regular. First when I drove there I realized how far away it actually is from my house.
And I hate to call people out, but I have to say it — they have some outstanding masseuses (thats you J). I had a couple of the best massages here, and for that reason alone I wish I had bought more while I had the deal in front of my nose.

This is definitely the place to come for your chiropractic issues! Dr T has a great personality, when I first met him I felt like I had know him for years. Even with a Groupon he didn’t treat you any differently than a regular client. The massage therapists are awesome. Just with they were comparable with massage companies price wise so I could come here for all my massages. But it’s a typical thing to have higher rates at a chiropractors office, so being is though this is obviously in a chiropractors office, this is an average rate.

I’ve been receiving amazing care from Dr. Taylor and the massage therapists for a few months now and I will definitely continue. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and they always spend the time with me and I don’t feel rushed. Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to!

I suggest looking elsewhere for chiropractic care. I was given a Groupon for services, but they didn’t honor half of the treatments. One of their schedulers advised that everything was fine, and another one told me that no future appointments could be honored. The owner sided with the latter, and did nothing to make things right, or even marginally acceptable. The two treatments I idid receive were acceptable, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This approach flows down from the top down throughout the organization.

Below is the last email that the owner sent me prior to his leaving a comment to my Unilocal review. His approach of trying to discredit my review by insinuating that I was inappropriate to a female employee is a very creative and imaginative diversion. Interesting that this tidbit was never brought up until after it became apparent that I wasn’t going to remove my comment of his business. The claim is not true, which is why he did offer me fulfillment of the remaining Groupon (see below). By the time he came around to this, I thought it best for everyone if we did not pursue any further dealings. My original review was factual.

I am disappointed that you would voice a negative comment on my office. I honestly believe that we performed a great service for you and treated you with the utmost respect.
I was not siding with anyone but you have to understand that this is Groupons offer and not ours, so it really comes down to following their (Groupons) policies.
I do apologize that my staff misinformed you on their policy and if an apology is not satisfactory to you then I guess you can go ahead and schedule your remaining groupon visits.
