History

Established in 2003.

Gary Lisbon started in 1986 learning the ropes in the telecom world and held many titles in the industry Tech, Installer, Programmer, Cable Manager, Remote Help Desk Manager, System Design Engineer. In 2003 he was able to establish GL Voice Solutions Inc. An independent telecom consulting firm specializing in total communications cost reduction. We joined the STC in 2004 and became a true advocate for the customer. This unique group holds over 150 independent consultants around the world. In 2005 we added ta TEM Software package provides full reporting. In 2006 we added the Cellular Management module .This Dec 2013 GL Voice is celebrating its 10th yr in business!

Business Owner

Gary Lisbon has held positions with one of the top Inter-​Tel dealers in the country and has attained multiple certifications. He started his career in the mid 1980’s with the installation department and progressed to the service department where he was promoted several more times. Over the years, he has held the positions of Installation and Service Technician, Remote Helpdesk Technician, and Programmer. After the parent company was merged with Expanets he was again promoted and held positions of Remote Helpdesk Technician, Helpdesk Manager, Design Engineer and Sales Engineer for a billion dollar corporation.

In 2003 Gary opened GL Voice Solutions Inc. a professional telecommunication solutions company, providing telecom cost reduction, bill auditing, TEM (Telecommunication Expense Management), project management, voice solutions, and recommendations to reduce overall business communication cost and promote reliability.
