This place use to be very good, but when the new owners took over it went down hill fast. The food us less than desirable. Steaks are a joke, very poor cut of meat and taste like crap. Tough and stringy. You do not get the food cooked the way you want. Wait staff is a joke ad well. Besides arguing who will take care of your table the like to hang around the bar area or back room and talk not waiting on the tables. Very slow service as well.

I just distrust a place right off the bat when the wait staff argues on who is going to wait on your table. That set the stage for the whole meal… Bland food, slow service and the bartender let one of the customers go behind the bar to make a drink cause she didn’t know the ingredients… I really feel for the locals due to the fact there are not many choices in Gilman.
