I had been trying to get a repair done for months and made multiple appointments with companies that were all cancelations or no-​shows who didn’t even call to cancel and never called me back. I called this company one time, made an appointment, and they showed up, fixed it well, and gave me a great price. I wasted a lot of time with other roofers but you don’t have to, just call these guys. Highly recommended and will use again any time I need roof or gutter work.

Frederico (aka «Lico») came out promptly to give us an estimate to repair significant damage from a fallen Eucalyptus tree. He came across as knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and personable. He explained what the job would entail and answered all our questions. His estimate was reasonable. We knew we had found the right company for the job. The repairs were done expertly in a timely manner. Lico did much of the work himself and was active in overseeing his crew. We are very happy with the experience and the result and will definitely hire Lico’s Roofing again. Highly recommend.

Lico’s Roofing Company did a an excellent job on my cottage roof and a special design roof to fix a leak I had on my garage. Fredrico the owner is great with communication and very affordable. Fredrico goes above and beyond for his customers. If I ever have any other roofing issues I will definitely work with Lico’s roofing company again. Wish i could give six stars!

After all the high end quotes I was glad to find a company that was willing to do repairs for a decent price. They were on time, reliable, explained things well and seem to have done a good job. Even though further repairs might be needed in the future the savings now were well worth it.

Federico and his team recently replaced our roof and installed a new skylight, and we’re very happy with the final result. I was referred to Lico’s roofing from our friend/​neighbor who is a contractor, and he told us that Federico and his team had done several re-​roofing projects for him and that they are honest, competitively priced, and do great work. After just having our roof replaced, I have to say he was exactly right about that. Federico seemed very friendly, professional, and straightfoward with the inspection and estimate during the initial visit, there was no pressure. He advised having a ridgevent system installed to push hot air out of the attic to keep the house cooler, and we decided to go with that and have a small tubular skylight installed in our bathroom. During the re-​roof he kept me informed of the progress, and he invited me to check out the roof after the teardown of the old shingles to see the condition of the wood underneath. I could obviously see many of wood planks on the roof were not very strong and were in poor condition. I said I wanted the roof stronger and straighter and he advised adding new plywood instead of replacing some old planks, which turned out to be a great idea. He was able to act quickly to those changes and delay the shingle delivery and quickly get a delivery of plywood at a great price. The roof came out great and I know we got it for a fantastic price from the other quotes I received. The crew also did a good job cleaning up around the house after the roof was completed. I’d highly recommend their work to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.
