(1) The BIG store in Gilroy, 7900 Arroyo Circle, 95 020, at the Gilroy Outlets. With a 130,000 sq. ft. indoor display, air conditioned and heated, free food on weekends. (2) Morgan Hill — 16 725 Condit Rd. 95 037. This store carries the popular Thor Motorhome and Keystone trailers with the lightest weight 5th wheel on the market designed for short bed pick-​ups by Open Range and For Sale by owner RV’s and Motorcycles.

(3)The Bargain Corral store in San Martin, 13 635 Sycamore Dr. 95 046. This is where folks find the older lower priced models For Sale By Owners. This store is next door to Camping World and is guaranteed to be a fun country shopping experience.

Randy Scianna, CEO & co-​founder passionately articulates his view on having an RV store: «Owning an RV has improved my marriage, raising my family and social relationships, keeping us physically fit and youthful even in our mid 60’s. So when we sold our Financial Service business and my wife, Kim-​Anh retired from public education in 2008, we were ready to make our life time’s dreams come true. We wanted to help connect people back to nature and have fun in an RV. From the start we wanted to be the best, with old fashion personal service and an attitude of really caring. That why as owners we get involved immediately with any dissatisfied customer.»

As far a a selection of RV’s wow they have it all. For the informed shopper who knows what they want the selection is awesome. They also have a variety of units for sale second hand. While I am not sure what our family wants to do we go back often just to keep up with what the new things in RV’s are. It’s also nice if you decide to shop on a summer weekend they ofter have a free lunch. That helps so much to keep you going because the property is huge!

Never been treated so badly. Our salesman, Steve, became rude, condescending, and downright mean as soon as he discovered we did not plan to buy an RV that minute. He also implied that because we live in Humboldt county we couldn’t be serious. We are newbies and had just ended a 3 day trial rental. We planned this trip down to Gilroy to learn more and to test drive an RUV to see if it was easier to handle than the 30′ rig we rented. After making us wait in the heat for some time, he sent his rookie salesman to inform us that we would not be allowed to do a test drive. We are dead serious about buying, and we have *plenty* of money to do so. If we’d been treated well we would have made the effort to come back to Gilroy when we were ready to buy. Needless to say, we won’t return.

Beware These guys are con artist. They low balled me on the consignment price of my Rv then they tried to sell it for 60 more than they told me it was worth. They had it for more than a year without selling it. I finally took it to wheels and deals in Santa Clara. They got me $ 5,000 more and sold it in 3 weeks. Every time I talked to see grins they had some excuse. The final straw was when they asked me to drop my price by $ 8000 dollars while they still expected to make a $ 15,000 profit. I am amazed they have not been sued. If you want to sell your RV ho to wheels and deals. If you are thinking of buying from see grins, be prepared to pay thousands more.
Don’t believe a word of what they say.
If you want to sell your Rv go to wheels and deals. See Grins had the Rv for a year and didn’t even try to sell it. Wheels and deals had it for 3 weeks and got me thousands more. The people at See Grins are very sleazy.

My wife and I got to third base buying a 5th wheel from See Grins with a lot of nice-​nice. Before signing on the dotted line I compared my price to identical units for sale within a long day’s drive. Wow! $ 5 – 9,000 less elsewhere (verified available with build sheets, VIN numbers, on the spot smart phone photos). See Grins response? «They’re liars» «They’re fly by night outfits that will lose their franchise» (two were in business over twice as long as See Grins), and the biggest whopper, told by the See Grins sales manager: «out of state RVs don’t have CA glue. It costs a lot more. Out of state glue will stink!» PLEASE!

I bought a nicer rig at a better price from Pan Pacific— and without the finance office pushed $ 2000 wax job! Try as I might to get Dave, the Pan Pacific sales person to make comparisons, you could not get this gentleman to say anything negative about any other dealer, product, or service. It was all about features, benefits, what they could offer, and it was up to me to decide what was best.
Enough said. Contract signed! Lovin the Montana!

My wife and I came through to just look around, we’re in the very beginning stages of searching out the right trailer/​5th wheel. Greg and Quinton (I think that was his name) were both very helpful. They gave us direction and info without being overly pushy or obnoxious, they really just let us walk around and get a feel. If we decide to buy, we will most definitely be back to this dealer.

We bought a Navion a year ago. The fridge went out 5 Times. 5 times we had to turn around and go home. The last trip we were near See Grins… and of course they could not help us either. I thought perhaps they would let us plug in to something there… but they said no we would need to go to Morgan Hill. I asked if our camping certificate could be extended being we had only been able to use it once and they said no. Everyone had been nice at the time of purchase, but because of our RV been in the shop for most of the first year, I thought some consideration would be given so a little disappointed.”.they did not owe us anything so guess I should not complain, I just thought more consideration

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUDE… I called to check and see if the store would be interested in products that we handmake that would be a perfect fit for there store and the MANAGER in charge hung up on me before I could even explain what we have. I called back a his assistant woman tried to give a bogus excuse on how we got disconnected.

We did go back to See Grins to look at RV’s and we ended up giving See Grin’s another opportunity and we made a purchase. There were some issues with the way the sale was handled but Randy, the owner handled it quickly and with great care. Randy went above and beyond our expectations and he made us feel like we were valued customers. I can’t thank Randy enough for all he did for us.

I was contacted by See Grins Mgr. who apologized for the manager’s Behavior. They informed me of steps they were taking to provide more accessibility to the disabled. They stated that the manager had been severely reprimanded., they offered to detail my RV which I had done. I am now a satisfied customer again.

Went here today to look at a trailer
We saw online. We aren’t ready to buy just yet but wanted to see it in person. Robert helped us out and we really liked the fact that he wasn’t overbearing and pressuring us to buy it right away, yet was not rude and unhelpful once he learned we wouldn’t get one today. He answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us. We will for sure make sure he has the sale when we come back. Thanks Robert!

Just ordered a Roadtrek 4×4! Jim at See Grins RV has sold us our fist one 10 years ago and that went so well we are back for an upgrade. Jim Eberhardt and Bob are very knowledgeable and over the top helpful. See Grins is a wonderful dealership. We even had a free BBQ lunch! We look forward to picking it up in a few months once it’s built.
Roadtrek Adventitious Class B motor homes are just wonderful. We loved our 2006 and now it’s time to step up to a 3500 4×4 CS XL. Some many new items on the 2016 rigs…

I purchased my first R V! Everyone at Grins from our sales person Ken, our finance gals Ursala & Joanne to the two guys who delivered my R V, Jose & Carlos were awesome! (those two guys worked hard and kept smiling) And all the inside staff. So friendly and patient with my million questions… If your not sure where to start… start here and don’t bother shopping around… the staff here love their jobs and it shows! (They love & bragg about the owner too, how great to deal with happy people for a change).

After months of looking I’m so glad I finally went at See Grins. I had done my research and had recently had a horrible experience at another dealership nearby, Pan Pacific. So, understandably, I was a little worried about how this would go. Thank goodness I was met at the door by my amazing salesperson Andrea Casella. I showed her my list of RV’s I was looking for. She walked me through each one and also some others that were similar in style and price that I hadn’t considered. She was knowledgeable and fun and more than anything I just had the experience that she was committed to me finding the best RV for me. She asked the right questions and listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each RV we saw.
In the end, she showed me one and could tell I was excited. That’s the one we took on a test drive and I was SOLD! She gave me the time and space to discuss the purchase with a friend before heading in to make the deal. The sales process was easy and straightforward and I couldn’t be happier with my RV and the entire purchasing experience!!!

Purchased my first trailer from see grins. Andrea Casella was my sales person. From start to finish she was there and helped me out with all my questions and walked me threw realistically every trailer. Answered all my questions and helped us out to get the perfect trailer for our needs.
Cons. Big confusion during our walk threw took quite a while people running around not knowing where parts were for my hitch. Who was going to walk me threw. Thanks to Tim Holtzclaw was there to help us and keep us informed about the situation. With out him I probably would’ve never been happy with my purchase. It was a big mess and they need to thank Tim for keeping there clients happy and with great customer service.

I bought a Stealth toy hauler last month 5÷19÷15. Mike Graham sold it to me, walked me through the process and delivered exactly what he said! The experience was fast, efficient and pain free. Mike is a great salesman, the guys in there parts dept. know what there talking about and the final walk through was thorough and complete. I waiting this long to see if any hiccups would come through, happy to say no hiccups! The final paperwork was handled by Ursula, smart and efficient. I decided on Seegrins through Unilocal.Please rate them as you see fit. I’m very pleased with my experience and don’t give 5 stars lightly. Hope this post helps you.

My wife and I have had nothing but excellent sales and service from every part of See Grins. Dennis Russo was our salesman and he treated honestly and seemed to really listen when we told him what we wanted. Than Dan ran us through all the ins and outs and of our 5th wheel and helped us find a couple of items that See Grins replaced with no BS. The woman who helped us with warranties, etc (I think her name is Ursula) l was very thorough and very nice.
All of our dealings with this entire organization have been really nice… no big deal sales effort, no «I gotta talk to my manager», just excellent communication and eager-​to-​please service.
They have a HUGE inventory, both inside and out, new and used, and carry just about any kind of RV a person might be looking for.
And, they serve free burgers and drinks. I give See Grins and A+ for making my wife and I feel like we were well taken care of.
