I specialize in making relationships better. I work with individuals and couples to change those things that get in the way of the quality of life you want. I have 30 years experience and count my own healthy marriage of 30+ years as one of my greatest accomplishments.

History

Established in 1982.

My education includes:

MA in Marriage Family Counseling from Santa Clara University

MDiv in Theology from Fuller Seminary

I have worked in various settings, county mental health services, community agencies and have taught workshops in communication in various local medical, educational and faith organizations.

It’s my job to help you see the things you do well and to use those strengths to improve on those things that aren’t working.

This will include some or all of the following suggestions:

* Ways to improve your communication

* Changes in behaviors (even little ones can create a dramatic shift)

* New ways to look at things (perspective makes a big difference)

* Reading materials

* Encourage the development of healthy support systems (many people are way too isolated and lack the «community» that brings a wealth of resources for coping)
