I had a furnace problem that Arctic Air came out and diagnosed. However, from there they tried to sell me a furnace and lied to me, telling me that my ten year old furnace was too dangerous to operate. They wasted my time, were dishonest, deceitful and disrespectful. Management refused to refund the payment I made, even though I had to fix the problem myself after sitting in a cold house for day. Don’t use them!

Unfortunately, the owner/​operator of this company retaliated against me and called me names that were completely unwarranted. Is this how he treats all of his customers? The company is owned by Middle Easterners (they told me that themseves). Perhaps they need to learn the business ways of America.
